Our room was amazing. Big, comfortable and clean. Newly renovated. Excellent sleep.
A little pricey, but the owners are simply aware of their unique position in this town. There is no better hotel around.
The chef made me a nice birthday breakfast. Thank you.
Big shaded area for sitting outside and not getting burned.
The down points are:
The eating area for dinner appears super uncomfortable and sterile. Happily, we did not have the need to use this room.
The hot-water-boiler was not plugged in. So we had to wait quite long to get a shower after an exhausting day.

Probably the best hotel in Toktogul! Extremely nice for Kyrgyz standards and brand new.

Great hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. Stayed twice here and would come again. Easy to reach from the M41. Toktogul has a number of good restaurants and there is a small convinience shop just at the corner.

The booking included breakfast, and the hotel supposedly offers breakfast. However, we didn't get any because "the chef was sick." According to other reviews, it seems to happen regularly (always?) that the hotel doesn't offer the booked breakfast.

Otherwise, the room was new and clean, there's parking, and apart from the breakfast, everything was fine.

Glad I stayed here in my way back to Bishkek after hiking in Sary mogul in the south. The room is very clean, the mattress is firm and very nice to sleep on.
Best of all is the breakfast. I told the staff I have a stomach upset because I had too much milk products in the south. He specially prepared rice boiled in fish soup for my breakfast.
Gesture much appreciated especially for us Chinese who missed eating rice. Will strongly recommend my friends to stay here if they are headed south from Bishkek or vice versa.

Extra Large room size (suite). Small bathroom size. Very clean, freshly refurbished. Possibly 1st occupancy after renewal. Internet connection in the corridor (nit in the room). Handheld showerhead. Available in the room: water kettle, hairdryer, slippers. Power supply socket at each bed side. Able to use EU plugs with no power supply adapter. Amenities: shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toothbrush/toothpaste. Fridge. No minibar. TV: possibly local language only. Fantastic food, vegetarian friendly. No lift, rooms on 1st floor (about 30 steps), no baggage service. Very good option when in Toktogul.

On the way to Osh, we were too tired after arriving in one day, so we stopped here to rest. It was newly renovated and very clean. The parking lot is large and self-driving friendly. The boss lady went to school in Guilin, Guangxi. Did you feel that?

These people are NOT honest. While the price on booking was 42€ (4200 som), including breakfast, they charged 6000 som. This while they did not need to pay the 15% to Booking.
This is a rip-off. Stay away!
