We arrived 2 hours later than checkin times but had no issue and where let in the building. The host was not responsive, I texted several times if it would be possible to do a late checkin but she never replied. It worked though. The very friendly doorman showed us the way.
There the somewhat positive experience ended. We got the keys to the room and we found ourselves in a dirty room, stains on the walls and carpets. There was a balcony, we sat out there (even though there are no chairs) but were not sure if it's gonna break. Breakfast was not worth mentioning.
Shower was moldy, didn't use it. Felt like I would be safer that way.
Go somewhere else.

Good hotel, but a bit dated. Everything feels slightly worn down. Still, great location and very friendly staff with excellent service.

The lady on the entrance could speak english at all and wasn’t really friendly. Our chambre was old and out-dated. There were no sound isolation form the inside and the outside. At night people were yelling in the garden till 1 am. Not recommanded

Left waiting to check in, had to go searching around the hotel for staff members, lady who checked us in, didn’t really care and make us feel welcome at all.
Got into the room. Pretty outdated and old, dusty and a dirty floors and also bathroom had a used glass just left in there.

I stayed at the ASKA Hotel on my recent visit to Naryn. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable enough. The bathroom worked well and had hot water and a western style toilet. The bed was comfortable, yet small. This is a comfortable hotel, but it is not meant to be a luxury hotel. I ate breakfast each morning at the hotel. The breakfast was good. It included tea, a protein, porridge, and breads. The price of the room was very reasonable. I would gladly stay in this hotel again. I want to address some notes to those who are from the West and may want to know some details that are different from western style hotels. None of these are criticisms they are meant to inform foreign travelers of some details to know. First the English ability of the staff was limited. If you don't speak Russian or Kyrgyz you will have to find a way to communicate other than speaking English. Second, the bed was comfortable, but it was not a western hotel mattress. It was narrower and less flat. The breakfast was good, but much of it would not be similar to a breakfast in a western style hotel. I just wanted to share a few notes so other travelers would be informed.

Perfect hotel for travelling and professional tasks (with conference room). Large rooms with perfect view to the mountains. Good breakfast, good& friendly service. Good prices. 2 km outside of the town Naryn.

Very nice hotel in naryn. Possibly the best in terms of comfort and location. It was such a relieve to be in this hotel after spending 6 nights in yurt camps with no comfort, no shower. The mountains around naryn are reddish color which is pretty amazing to see.

Good hotel and good breakfast. The rate quality/ price is ok.

The best hotel we have been to! We took 3 rooms, the food very tasty and the service gracious and the prices reasonable. We had a hard time helping so we stayed another day 😊

One of the most lackluster hotels we’ve stayed at. The best part was the sunset from our balcony last night.
The shower had almost zero pressure and the breakfast was a horror show. Two stars is a generous rating.
