The rooms are spacious and the shower a walk in which is terrific. The bed is so comfortable. Staff in the dining room are super helpful and friendly especially Amina, Fatima, Sunita and Jailoo Dairbek. This is the best hotel we’ve had so far on our 5Stans trip.

Great breakfast, room didn’t have a fridge but otherwise an amazing stay. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at during this trip. Aruuke was a great waitress at breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Stunning mountain view. Very spacious and fully furnished rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Spectacular views from our rooms in Grand Khan Tengri Hotel.
And we were provided with superb service by Fatima and her colleague during our lavish breakfasts. Smiles and attitude were a joy to experience.

On the outside this place looks great. Unfortunately maintenance is not great. Our room had a faulty light. So out of 2 only one worked or if they left the second one connected it bright flashed all night. The bathroom tiling is degrading, this will leak onto the room below. There was no link between the restaraunt and the hotel. Even though we had payed for a room with breakfast and dinner, each night they literally chased us seeking payment. Each night we had to chase our tour provider to get it sorted.

Excellent hotel with exqusitely - kept rooms, managed by a friendly and efficient staff in a picturesque setting. Centrally located, within driving distance of Issey-Kul. The owner is a charming lady, who adds a personal touch to the property.

Good rooms and room service in a lovely setting, looking out over the river or the mountains. Enthusiastic staff but, as nearly everywhere, no idea what service actually entails. Excellent breakfast but unfortunately then do not open their top floor area to guests. Their restaurant suffers from a lack of any experienced staff and a lack of awareness of their offering. Bring your own wine and corkscrew!

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for one night during our excursion throughout Kyrgyzstan. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was basic, but still good enough. Unfortunately, we realized that, surely due to poor maintenance, what could be a very comfortable hotel poses some challenges. For instance, the big screen TV was not working (due to a problem in the antenna connection) or, worse, the toilet flush was not working at all (this one I was able to fix after some time)... It's a pity, because with some maintenance this would definitely be a good choice in Naryn...

The management is completely deferent that other hotels in Kyrgyzstan. They try and do the best
