The hotel boasts an excellent location, placing you right in the heart of the action. The rooms are not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offerings, while not gourmet, are satisfying enough to kickstart your day.

On the downside, it's worth noting that the hotel's restaurant has limited operating hours, closing its doors promptly at 4 PM. Despite this, the staff's warmth and helpfulness shine through, making you feel welcome.

While I do have a few minor reservations about certain aspects, they are far from deal-breakers and don't significantly affect my overall positive impression of the hotel. In fact, I'm already looking forward to my next visit, confident that it will be as enjoyable as this one.

The room featured outdated furniture and, although categorized as a standard double, it was too small to comfortably accommodate two guests. The space was rather dark, with a non-functioning bathroom lamp and a slanted wall that reduced the usable area. Additionally, the noise from rain on the roof was quite disturbing. Overall, this accommodation may not be suitable for business travelers.

Stayed for one night in room 214. A cherry tree in full bloom just outside the window. Cool spring morning air, filled with the scent of the sea and honey. Peaceful, almost meditative start to the day. A great place to pause and begin the morning in a calm state of mind.

(Eng) Stayed in April 2025 — everything was just perfect. The hotel is very cozy and located right in the Old Town, which makes it easy to explore the beautiful streets on foot. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and speaks both English and Russian, so communication was smooth. A special highlight is the inner courtyard — incredibly cozy and relaxing. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. I’d gladly come back again! (Arm) Ճամփորդել եմ 2025 թվականի ապրիլին՝ ամեն ինչ շատ լավ էր։ Հյուրանոցը հարմարավետ է ու տեղակայված է Հին քաղաքի հենց կենտրոնում, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս հետիոտն շրջել գեղեցիկ փողոցներով։ Սենյակները մեծ են, մաքուր ու հարմար։ Անձնակազմը բարեհամբույր է, խոսում է անգլերեն և ռուսերեն, այնպես որ հաղորդակցվելը հեշտ էր։ Հատուկ նշեմ ներսի բակը՝ անհավանական հարմար ու հաճելի վայր հանգստի համար։ Նախաճաշերը համեղ էին ու բազմազան։ Ուրախ կլինեմ վերադառնալ։

I had a late check-in at the hotel and was greeted warmly. However, I was disappointed to learn that breakfast would only be served starting at 8:00 AM, while I needed to leave by then. The room size and cleanliness were satisfactory. However, the heating in the room was weak, and I felt cold during the night. There was no extra blanket in the closet. The hotel seemed almost empty, as there were only two cars in the parking lot, yet the hotel still charged 10 € for parking my car. In the morning, I requested to extend my check-out time to 1:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM. I was told this wasn’t possible for free. They asked for an additional 10 € per hour for staying longer. This attitude towards guests felt unfriendly, with a charge of 10 € for every little thing.

This place were really simple and good place. But to be 4 star hotel it could be little more upgraded. The bed was really good, breakfast was really good. All the warm food u need to order, which means it fresh and warm. Could be little more to choose between, but was ok.

Perfect location - Quiet place in down town.
Close to most places of interest in Klaipeda.
Excellent service: Pleasant and helpful.
Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds - perfect for sleep.
Nice food in restaurant.
Closed and safe parking.
Totally recommended hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location
Very nice small hotel. Within walking distance of many of the sites and the river. Free parking and a nice breakfast buffet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Comfortable large room. The patio for eating or relaxing was very pleasant. As you drive up to the hotel, it's good location and nice benefits are not apparent, but become clear as you wander around the neighborhood.

Undersheet was way too small, it went off all time while sleeping! Room wasn't so clean as 4 stars hotel should be. Two of reception womans was really nice, and two of them was not. Is it crime to smile for customers, or what?
