I am very disappointed with the hospitality at this hotel. The focus seems to be more on charging extra fees at every opportunity rather than providing genuine service, politeness, or courtesy. The hotel promotes participation in the Marriott Bonvoy program to attract guests, but it does not appear to offer the standard benefits that loyal Marriott customers expect. Marriott’s business model relies heavily on repeat guests through Bonvoy, yet this hotel does not provide breakfast or any welcome perks typically associated with the program. If you do not pre-book breakfast for €10, you are charged €20 per person on-site. This feels similar to a budget airline model — if you don’t pay in advance, you are charged a premium later. That approach does not reflect the level of hospitality one would expect from a property associated with Marriott International. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of service, transparency, or guest care.

Our travel group of 17 stayed at this hotel for two evenings. The rooms were huge! The bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows. The hotel is modern with lots of electrical outlets. The location was terrific as well. We were very close to the river, shops, and restaurants.

Reja Hotel is truly outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Klaipėda, close to everything you’d want to see or do. The rooms are spotless, elegant, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, with great variety and fresh ingredients. Overall, a wonderful stay — I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klaipėda!

After searching for options, as a party of 7, we truly felt we had found a gem of a hotel in the old part of the city that was very much up to modern and comfortable standards. Plan to visit again as trip was work related so hope they have room for me next time.

The place to stay in Klaipėda
Great hotel. Well located in the heart of the old town. Service couldn't be friendlier. Comfort and atyle are present of course but there is a little something more. Especially with morning breakfast.

Personnel was amazingly nice.
It was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was good.
Just in the middle of everything especially during the seafest.

This hotel has a great location near the waterfront, a canal and the old town. It has a pub named The Fat Cat attached which is a great place to get a drink. We were here for two nights in a room on the 2nd floor. The bathroom had a walk in shower with a heated tile floor and a motion activated night light by the toilet. Breakfast was included in the 1st floor restaurant each morning. The selection of both hot and cold items was good and eggs could be made to order by the kitchen.
