Breakfast was very tasty, especially when there weren’t many people and we could order from the menu. We were also impressed by the dinner – the food was excellent

The staff was helpful and polite, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dessert. The spa is quite small, but for €25 our family had a great time enjoying it privately on a rainy hour

If the hotel was full of guests and the garage full of cars would be difficult to maneuver in the underground parking garage. When we were there there were only a few guests so the garage was passable

Rooms in Luxury building are clean, but a bit worn out. Wellness area could be taken care of a bit more. Rust on the metal rails in the pool or jacuzzi are easily removable with some products

I was there for dinner and It was amazing. The grilled shrimp was very tasty including the grilled potatoes and salad. Also the mango cocktail was tasty good presentation.

Very good breakfast with lots of choices, only one kind of coffee but I liked it. You can reach the town centre in 10 minutes on foot. No fan or A/C in the room, on a hot day a bit of a problem

Nice cozy hotel. Friendly staff. Centrally located. Baby bed - 58€ extra was a bit shocking, i was booking family room for 3, and I was expecting baby bed in price.

Everything is very good, except the location, it's very central but also in the middle of bars and restaurants street, you can hear all the music and noise till late night

The spa was really nice has a salt steam room sauna and jacuzzi for 15 euro per person for 2 hours, 10 people at a time so it’s not too crowded

Not far from the center of Palanga (Catholic Church and Vytautas street). Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment)

Just you don’t have to worry about it (think about the situation that it’s about the city center). You are surprised that Spa has included into the payment

Swedish breakfast is fine and a good espresso you taste with a friend gives an opportunity for discussion or simply reminiscences. Above all you meet a very friendly staff which cares about all your wishes

A very nice 4 star hotel, very clean and tidy throughout, quiet and restful. It's own restaurant and bar with buffet breakfast and selected menu of nice tasty meals. Spacious rooms with fridge for when you need to rest

Situated just down from a lovely park with access to beach in one direction, in the other direction you get to palanga's main restaurant, club and shop strip that leads to palanga pier

The spa/sauna complex was enjoyable though. My recommendations: keep breakfast simpler in terms of variety, but use good-quality ingredients; teach the staff to be more welcoming; add more amenities

All was very good, but it's very strange that the entrance is wheelchair accessible, there is a lift for the disabled - but between the entrance and the lift there is a flight of stairs (approx. 10 steps)

Clean rooms, clean overall spaces, pretty good services, but breakfast staff could be more polite or just say good morning when you come just like basic manners, but the rest all good

Place is convenient. Not far from the sea and from main town locations.

I haven’t had the chance to stay at the hotel, but it’s worth stopping here for their food, especially their breakfast! Their crepes with ham and cheese as well as cottage cheese are to die for! It’s the best part of our visit here in Palanga!

We were visitors in off season (march) for few nights. There were only several guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Sauna worked as advertised, big pool for kids fun. We got free parking near entrance

Our room had 2 floors - 1st with living room and kitchen, 2nd - two bedrooms. Breakfast was exceptional - you could choose from long menu

There is a lift in the hotel for easy access to rooms upstairs. Staff are so kind! Booked a taxi for us to get back to the airport at 3am. The location is great- lots of nice restaurants and activities nearby

Particularly customer-friendly and helpful staff. Functionally furnished single room with balcony. All technical equipment worked perfectly. Shelves in the bathroom would be useful though

Staff are incredibly helpful, even heated up my brother’s milk daily for his cereal. We stayed in room 402 which was spacious and was fitted with all mentioned appliances

The bathroom was so large and featured a giant bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet. Comfy bed and pillows- no complaints. Big balcony with seating and a nice view

For a 4-star hotel, services are limited (no room service, no concierge; essentially one front desk for ~25 rooms). That said, at a little over €60 per night off-season, the value was excellent

I had fantastic time at Kerpė Hotel & SPA, is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Palanga, Lithuania, just a short walk from the beach and the main pedestrian street

I’d happily return at this price, with expectations set about the service level

If you’d like there is a hotel restaurant the staff are kind and good a little bit of language barrier but they try their best to give good service

I think that it is a very good hotel the scenary looks amazing, the hotel and the food looks amazing too the prices are affordable.

Place is perfect for the money we paid. The beds where comfy and cosy, sheets where clean and smelled good

Peaceful and quiet location. Shower in the room was spilling water everywhere + no air conditioning.

The downside is that we had no information that breakfast would have been possible on site and it was also unclear whether it would have been possible to use the sauna facilities for an additional fee

The administration was so nice, you could ask them about the most popular places to visit, and even places where you can go eat where there aren't a lot of tourists. Rooms are comfortable and not too expensive. Loved it!

Very good restaurant for a family gathering! They have local dishes and great seafood. The decor is very nice and overall a great atmosphere especially at sunset. The outdoor terrace is perfect for larger groups.

Prices are higher than other places in Palanga to eat but portions, waiters are really good here. The only thing I missed was salt on my cepelinai and potatoes with my cold beet soup

Modern interior mixed with old style concert posters. Monkey 47 Gin cocktail was really well made. Only one spot better that made better gin tonics is Sanatorija Gin bar in Vilnius
