After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. Remove the locks in 2025? Very weird decision. Ive stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen this anywhere else. It really made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

Unfortunately, we had a somewhat bad experience when we had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other than letting us order and serve us food. The air conditioning system for the entire building was non-functional. This was not an issue during our stay as the weather was quite cool. We were told this is a temporary problem. Amazing hotel, very attentive staff, breakfast buffet has a variety foods and lovely coffee even with alternative milks, 1 minute to the beach. I was there for dinner and It was amazing. The grilled shrimp was very tasty including the grilled potatoes and salad. Also the mango cocktail was tasty good presentation.

We were there in May. Beautiful setting, nice rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast and the spa out of this world with mint tea served. Don’t forget there is ice and cold plunge. Attentive staff. The location is perfect—right by the sea and surrounded by beautiful pine trees, which makes it feel very peaceful and relaxing. Mixed reviews Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative. That was not the case in the morning when we asked for a taxi to the airport - offhand and unhelpful.

The Hotel personal staff was nice and kind, the breakfast was small, but with some differenet variation of the food. The Lux room we stayed was cleaned and good. The worth part was SPA. Turkish sauna was off, the bubble bath was full of the chemical water and made some problems to the eyes. So people with sensitive eyes be carefull going to the bubble bath it this hotel! Pros: I visit only SPA with my family at least once per month. There are SPA, swimming pool, jacuzzis, falling water, saunas etc. Relaxation is guaranteed. We were visitors in off season (march) for few nights. There were only several guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Sauna worked as advertised, big pool for kids fun. We got free parking near entrance. Our room had 2 floors - 1st with living room and kitchen, 2nd - two bedrooms. Breakfast was exceptional - you could choose from long menu. All dishes were tasteful. Service - high end.

This is one of the best restaurants in Palanga. I haven’t had the chance to stay at the hotel, but it’s worth stopping here for their food, especially their breakfast! Their crepes with ham and cheese as well as cottage cheese are to die for! It’s the best part of our visit here in Palanga!

Family suite was nice, clean and warm during the winter. There’s a cool over pass you take to go to the restaurant. It was snowing so the court yard was not set up. Super close walking distance to the beach. I would stay here again when in Palanga

Room was clean and the service is good at the hotel they have a breakfast in the hotel. If you’d like there is a hotel restaurant the staff are kind and good a little bit of language barrier but they try their best to give good service.

I went to take a shower, opened the faucet, a plug jumped off it, the water burst out of the shower and my hair got wet, floot got wet, and couldn't use the handheld showerhead because the plug was broken like said before. You can hear everything from other rooms, even from downstairs. But on a good note, the rooms are big and some of them have two floors.

This place is about the treatment you get. The host was very friendly and helpful, both in Russian and English. The breakfast had plenty to offer, with fresh bread, eggs, porridge, veggies and good coffee We spent 2 nights here in January. They have private parking. The room and bathroom was spotless.
