Stayed off-season in a two-level apartment (~50 m²). While the room shows some age, the bathroom has been upgraded with GROHE and Smedbo fittings — a premium touch. Staff were friendly and polite. The spa is tiny and by reservation: the steam room was pleasant, the dry sauna felt too cool, and there’s a small jacuzzi that’s more a nice extra than a full feature.

For a 4-star hotel, services are limited (no room service, no concierge; essentially one front desk for ~25 rooms). That said, at a little over €60 per night off-season, the value was excellent. I’d happily return at this price, with expectations set about the service level.

Charming hotel that we used to stay at at least once every quarter, unfortunately, very sad to see that this hotel is NOT PET Friendly.

Great location, very friendly staff, close to the main street and 10 minutes walk to the beach which has seating to watch sunset. Massages available but require registration beforehand as well as use of spa which was very calming. Parking is limited so advisable to arrive as early as possible for closer parking

Horrible service we arrived with our car and have a booking for three nights arrived at 11 pm the next day they took our parking away , said we didn't inform that we wanted parking for three nights good grief I arrive and I have to specify that my car will be with me three nights also trying to call the reception and they will not answer th phone after they hung on me , service TERRIBLE

Altho technically it is 4 star hotel, feels more like a 3 star.

Positives: Great location, Great breakfast buffet and stylish restaurant, small but nice SPA, good price for treatment procedures;

Negatives: Small room and bathroom (feels a bit cramped), for younger people the room style starting to feel a bit dated, paper thin walls, small parking - altho there are many options where to park (on premise, street, parking lot near hotel), during the summer all of these can be at full capacity, reception altho somewhat helpfull, could be a bit nicer in the communication.

In my opinion, the price of 135€ per basic room is ok (not great).

Overall the stay was ok. :)

I had fantastic time at Kerpė Hotel & SPA, is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Palanga, Lithuania, just a short walk from the beach and the main pedestrian street. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a spa, a restaurant and bar.
The hotel's rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa is a great place to relax and rejuvenate, with a variety of treatments and services available. The restaurant serves delicious Lithuanian and international cuisine.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and they are always happy to go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a pleasant stay. Kerpė Hotel & SPA is a great choice for couples, families, and business travelers alike.

Very good location, good balance of quality and pricing. Previously had good restaurant , now some changes coming. Like to stay every time when coming to Palanga. Also spa, parking places, minibar, tea and coffee in the room. Hotel is not so big, may be called boutique, so calm and quiet. Like it. Reception is on 24/7. Ladies in reception very professional. Good place to stay!!!

I have stayed in this hotel during my visit to Lithuania.
Amazing location - rooms with a street view has loads of sunlight. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed.
Hospitality was over the roof as well.
Definitely would recommend it!

Lovely hotel, all you need for a short break and very central. Hospitality of reception staff is exceptional! Always greets you with the smile. Modern and appealing looking restaurant but the food was underwhelming.

This is a small, cozy family hotel in which each guest is like a personal guest in the house. Convenient location, far enough from the noisy central street, close enough to the beach and to the beautiful central park
