when we arrived, we were taken to a very far room, there was no elevator anywhere, the hotel is located in a building with a shop. the sofa was dirty, it smelled like urine... the bed was uncomfortable. the air conditioner did not work, the windows did not open, the TV channels did not connect. not only that, while we were sleeping, some man came to our room at night, although we checked the door before, it was indeed locked... the question is whether they wanted to rob us, or they just have the keys from other doors. So we need to leave thia hotel at night immediately

The most horrible hotel ever! Carpet and curtains havent been washed for years, towels were like someone cleaned floors with them🙃 Bathroom stunk and cooker and fridge were out of order...breakfast wasn't edible at all!🙁 wi_fi didn't work well...and many more!

My friends and I stayed at this hotel near Mykolo Romerio University, and it was an absolute disappointment. The room was filthy, with dirty carpets and untidy windows that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The towels provided were stained and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value cleanliness and basic hospitality

Rooms in photos looked nice, but in reality it was very unhygenic (found an empty tube for sensual plays, oven that was far from clean, molds in shower). Shower floor was leeking water, and the shower room smeled like cigaretes. And i had to make my own bed, luckily i got bed linen (oh lucky me). Definetely the last time i was there.

No necessarily daily cleaning: no new-changed towels, no empty trash bin, no new cup & glasses. Breakfast was just sandwiches in the fridge for each person. Spa has neither shampoo nor washing-gel, there is no soap in the spa toilet. Towels quality are poor, and spa service level need to be changed.

Yes, hotel is nice, but needs some reconstruction, but right after that they need some privat security and also surveilance system, its a good location and nice place, but if they want a stars they need some help, if the owner is reading im ready to assist u with reconstruction and security

Nice marketing, but poor quality. Room was way worse than in photos. We had to stay at deluxe room, but it was just a simple number, with broken lights. Breakfast is just two sandwiches in the fridge. In the room there is not balcony and view is terrible - trees and trash bin.

Breakfast was jus two sandwiches for two people in the fridge with tons of mayo and brownies..not the healthiest choice or no choice whatsoever. The jacuzzi was just a simple bubble bath which you could not use because it was extremely smelly. There waa only one trash bin. When checking out, there was no receptionist at the desk. Reception was also very smelly or was it a smelly spa nearby?

I ate chicken and it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say it was something special. On the other hand side dishes were just fantastic, especially grilled and oven baked vegetables.

Be cautious: banquets might take place on weekends, so expect slow service (we waited 1,5 hours to get our orders). Service is quite good, though.
