Conveniently located for airport access with a bus stop right next to the hotel. The breakfast was good. However, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom of the room, and the towels were worn out.

A great hotel located conveniently near the Gate of Dawn, quiet location, friendly staff who helped us a lot and a nice breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if we go to Vilnius ☺️

What is that smell…
While the location was good, our room was not. Based on the other reviews, it seems like we got the worst room in the place. We walked in and it smelled like mold/musk with a mix of incense. I don’t know if it was the carpet or what The smell hits you like a truck and we tried to spend as little time possible in there as it made us feel sick. Also there was a loud buzzing that would go off every 60 seconds all day/ all night. Wouldn’t come back here but had no choice but to stay as the marathon was on and everything else was booked up …

I stayed in Moon Garden for 1 night. The room was clean, breakfast good. The personal is very professional and polite. Location is awesome, right in the center of the Vilnius, across the city market with fresh food.

The room on the 1st floor smelled of sewage when I turned on the water in the shower (I turned on the water, closed the bathroom door and waited a few minutes, otherwise you can breathe in hydrogen sulfide). Otherwise - excellent value for money in the middle of the season. The choice for breakfast is sufficient, the coffee is delicious, everything is clean, tidy, the room has a kettle, tea bags, instant coffee and cream; there is a refrigerator, air conditioning. The tap water is really tasty, you can drink it raw. The staff is very friendly. The location is ideal. Near the train station and the bus stop from the airport.

We’ve got the biggest room with balcony. The room is very beautiful and well equipped. Everything went smoothly perfect. The hotel located in the perfect spot nearby gate of dawn and also the market.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Stunning decor, plenty of space, perfect location near the old town and train station. Very well equipped room. Perfect service with a welcome mulled wine. Loved the Christmas decor throughout the hotel and rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Our 2 nights stay was absolutely horrible.
1. Room 103 smells like sewage, the bathroom had a strong urine odor.
2. The room was not clean. There was NO cleaning maid service- we had to go look for the fresh towels and toilet paper.
3. We asked for the taxi to the airport for 4.30 in the morning- our flight was at 6. We come out- there is NO taxi. Imagine you are at night in the foreign city on the street without the phone service. It was super stressful and long way to the airport.
4. The only positive thing about this "hotel" is location, they can't ruin that.
If you charge European prices- provide European services!!!
I am sure I deserve a refund.
