Description
Best Western Vilnius is a four-star hotel established in 1975 and renovated in 2009, located on the right bank of the Neris River in Vilnius. It offers 144 rooms ranging from Economy Single to Double Apartment with Sauna, combining spacious layouts with some dated interiors and bathrooms. Guests can access an onsite spa area with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center, though some reviews note the pool and gym facilities need maintenance. Dining options include the Europa Classic restaurant and bar, serving buffet breakfasts daily from 7:00 to 10:00. The hotel supports business travelers with seven conference halls and a meeting room. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available, but parking spots are limited and not reservable, which has caused inconvenience for some visitors. Pets are allowed upon request with a fee. Overall, the hotel scores well for its service, location, and breakfast, but some guests mention that the room decor and amenities could benefit from modernization.

Reviews
At the reception, the staff know only a few Lithuanian phrases. The hotel is located in Lithuania, where the official language is Lithuanian, so this situation feels quite disrespectful to guests.
There was also confusion about the parking price. When checking in, the receptionist told us that parking costs 10 euros per day. However, when checking out, another employee charged 15 euros. This raises a simple question — do the prices change overnight, or does the staff simply not know the correct prices?
The rooms also look quite old. The renovation appears outdated, and the bathroom is clearly from an older period as well.
Considering the overall experience, the price–quality ratio definitely does not meet expectations. I do not plan to stay at this hotel again. I will also contact the relevant authorities regarding possible violations of the state language requirements.
Neutral - The bathroom facilities could use some updating.
Less good - The parking situation directly at the hotel is problematic. Reservations are not possible, even though a parking space costs €10 per day/night. So, if you want to explore Vilnius by car, you'll either have to spend a considerable amount of time searching for a parking spot, or you'll have to park in the parking garage of the nearby shopping center (cost unknown).
Recommendation: If you manage to get a spot, either pay the €10 per day only, since you don't know if you'll be able to get another spot if you drive, or alternatively: Once you've found a parking space, download the Bolt app and use it for parking. It doesn't cost much.
Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio is really good and the hotel is recommendable.
Staff are helpful and accommodating. We requested a room change (construction to the east) and they were quick to accommodate.
Breakfast is decent enough. We had fresh carrots and a juicer provided, which was nice, as well as a roll-your-own waffle iron, plenty of variety, and coffee and tea.
Pro tip: Want a little touch of the Bad Old Days? Walk to the south end of any hallway from the second floor up. Look for the fire exit to your left. Walk through that door, and it's 1970. That stairwell is the most Soviet space I've ever been in. If you didn't visit the USSR when it was still around, here's your chance. Time travel is possible!
