I had a wonderful experience during our stay. Special thanks to Mohd Fazali for the excellent service at the check-in counter. He was very friendly, understanding, and attentive to our needs as a family.
He understood that we came mainly for a holiday with our children to enjoy the swimming pool, and he kindly arranged a room near the pool for us. It really made things easier and more convenient for our family. We stayed in Room 591 and truly appreciated the thoughtful service.

Not worth to the price. Book it due to last minute. Time to renovate and upgrade. Age of the hotel i guess 40-50 year olds.
Super old hotel furniture with expensive price. Scary hotel i only can slept for 4 hours, feel not comfortable and safe with the building.
Room lights are very dark.
My feet were hurt on my way to bathroom.
The bathroom also feel very scary.

Great staff, unbeatable price... and I survived the night!
I booked this hotel last minute for an ad-hoc trip purely because the price was unbeatable. It was only after confirming that I read the famous ghost stories online—too late to cancel! 😅
I arrived at 11 PM and, feeling a bit paranoid, asked the receptionist for a room near the elevator (to avoid those long, scary hallways). The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, putting me on Level 4, right near the swimming pool and gym.
The Room: Very spacious, but definitely has an "old school" vibe that didn't help my imagination—I admit I had a hard time sleeping! The Location: In the morning, I realized it's actually just across from Imago Mall. However, walking there requires crossing a flyover and passing through Kampung Air, which felt a bit sketchy/dangerous.
Verdict: If you are on a budget, the price and friendly staff make it worth it. Just maybe take a Grab instead of walking!

Stayed for 2 nights for business purposes
Booled for 2 days breakfast but eventually too tired to woke up very next morning so i skipped it
Anyways price was on the average to high side, internet wifi is ok
The downside is the spillage of water after u taking a shower, up to the toilet door, surprisingly water pressure was superb

The room overall is a bit run down..but the bed is comfortable.

Some of the lights were not working, and there were a few other minor issues in the room. Overall, the stay was okay, but maintenance could be improved.

The location is good. But is still a distance to Imago mall. The hotel do provide one-way transport service to Imago mall or Suria mall. The room size is big and do have table and chair suitable for business traveller. The receptionist service is good and friendly. They willing to change a damage hair-dryer for us although it is taking a long time to get a good one. The facility a bit old but overall still ok.
