We book the hotel from agoda after we saw the promotion on the site. Its says newly renovated hotel. We decided to stay here because its in kampung air with a lot of parking space.
But when we enter there room, we are very disappointed, it's a old,poorly maintained rooms. Its smelly, rotten.
The worst part is the toilet/ bathroom. I dont know how to describe it. The bath room give me disgusting feeling.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-organized. The front counter staff(ms sylvia) is really helpful and friendly besides warm and welcoming. I hope to come back again soon for my next holiday trip. Thank you!

The price are expensive but quality is low, location is good but room is old even renovation already but should not be this price, i stay 3 nights everyday cleaner never clean room even ask also come back night time room still same as when i go out, first day go inside how come at the floor have skewers, why not sweep the floor?

The first animals I meet in Borneo are the bed bugs in the hotel. Our room was ok clean but at the same level as the reception level, which was super noisy. You hear everything going on - and it does until 1-2 am. At 4 am, some machine in the hallway started an extreme noise.

It is a good 2 to 3 star hotel for a budget short stay. With the cheapest price tag of around RM70ish, it provide you with basic needs, hot water system, split unit aircond, card access doors and lift. Furnitures and linens however a bit worn out, some air-conditioning unit not efficient, but overall it is sufficient for a good night sleep.

Lunch time and weekends usually crowded there. But the staff most of the time is fast and helpful to customers. Great place to enjoy dinner.

Good affordable food here, however the pizzas are too small, Especially with a group of 6. It was a bit of a culture shock as I'm from Sydney. We do it big in Sydney.

Sometimes went there for its Pizza Hut Lunch Xpress. Price starts from Rm10.90. Value for money. As usual always tastes good. Staff service to customers are good.
