Check in process was smooth and seamless. Room were located at 15th Floor. Room definitely has aged after the many years in operation. All were good, nevertheless. Breakfast next day was the highlight. A good selection of international and local dishes were served. Good variety I would personally say. Sservice staff was attentive and kitchen team delivered what was requested. Definitely will make a return visit to the hotel again 👍🏻

Not aware that pullman was having some renovation and we need to take staircase to level 2 and get the lift to our room.
Also next day after cleaner done the room service noticed she pressed the toilet bowl flush button too hard and never bounced back caused water kept flushing nonstop. Lucky I have returned to hotel room as, forgot to take something and tried to pull that flush button up. I I felt still have room for improvement for quality or cleaner.

Overall the counter staffs and others are very friendly and helpful too.
Good location of this hotel and look forward again to stay hopefully the renovation done.

The lobby lift was under renovation during our stay which made things a bit inconvenient as I was with my wheelchair-bound mom. We had to change lifts from the lobby to Level 2 using the service lift then take the guest lift up to Level 12. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Pullman Kuching.

The Executive Club floor is exceptionally quiet. The facilities are comprehensive, comfortable, and spacious, and the bathroom is also large with a bathtub. Being on a high floor, you get a view of the entire city skyline. If the weather is good, the sunset is absolutely stunning.

Hotel still under renovation, swimming pool cannot be used and hum temporarily move to 18 floor. Overall the service is still ok eventhough the first room given which was upgraded has human odol smell and we requested changing to new room which fine

Great Choice for Families with Kids

I recently stayed at this hotel with my small family, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for a short and convenient trip. The service was consistently warm and helpful throughout our stay. The receptionist recommended a cozy family room that suited us perfectly — comfortable, clean, and ideal for parents traveling with young children.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is within walking distance of many key attractions, making it very easy to plan outings with kids. There’s also a shopping area located within the same building, which was extremely convenient. We were able to get almost anything we needed before 9 PM without having to go far.

As for dining, I wouldn’t recommend the food court attached to the building. The hotel’s own dining options or nearby restaurants offer a much better experience in terms of quality and comfort, especially when traveling with children.

Overall, this hotel offers great service, an excellent location, and a family-friendly setup. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free stay with kids.
