Sound proof is terrible! I am staying faint the main road and you are literally sleeping at the road side.

Good location, the room is clean and comfortable.

The location is strategic near the malls. The nearby construction slightly disturbed our stay. Overall experience is good

Room service has rooms for improvement. Shower was not cleaned during room service, looked like they only changed the sheets and towels but no cleaning was done. Also room was not cleaned everyday, we had to call reception to ask for toilet paper and tissue refill because they didn't come for 3 days.
Location is very good near many food places and also the Spring mall is just opposite the apartment (need to cross overhead bridge so not so friendly for elderly)

The stay was good but the door couldn’t lock from inside and we contacted the hotel management but they did not respond to it. Buy overall its a good stay

For those who may not know, the lobby is located on level 2 and is accessible by lift. The room I stayed in was very spacious; however, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were stains on the white duvet cover. I was on the 10th floor, and it was quiet at night, despite being in the city center. A water purifier is available along the corridor, and cooking utensils are provided, so you can prepare your own meals if you'd like. The Spring Shopping Mall is just opposite the hotel and can be easily accessed via a skybridge.
