The hotel was in a great location, the staff were really lovely. The gym needs an upgrade but overall I had a really great stay. An amazing park is next door with a lovely running trail by the ocean

The room was cleaned, but the shower gel did not refill from day 1 until day 3, the shower gel finished. During the check out day, housekeeping opens our door without knocking and it makes me feel shocked it happens around 10.45am. I believe that the housekeeping record should mention that our room status is room check out.

The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and the environment is great. It's close to the pier, and you can see the sea, moonset, and sunrise from the room's balcony. The service was excellent.

We stayed here for one night transit before leaving early morning to koh li pe from jetty kuah.this is not our first time here.i must say that this is an amazing place to stay in langkawi especially if you are looking for a hotel in kuah.the staffs are all friendly,the room is clean.breakfast as always-great array of local dishes.will definitely choose this hotel again

Overall the hotel is good. Strategic location, it's located in town, quite near to town attractions & duty free shop. And also not far from the jetty for Mangrove Tour. However if you're going to Tanjung Rhu or Pantai Cenang, it mostly take 35-40mins (but we're driving so this is not an issue for us).
The breakfast is great, variety of choices, from western to local & even porridge which is good for certain person. The nasi lemak sambal very delicious!
The only bad side was the hot water, we booked 3 rooms (they allocate us to level 9), 3 rooms of us also having hot water problem, maybe due to the pump or maybe due to too many ppl using shower at same time (which I'm not sure).

Big room with nice balcony.
Room very clean although i’m not getting hot shower.
Breakfast was tasty.
One of the hotel that have gym and nearest to Dataran Lang.
