The location was great .... right at town centre ....it was near restaurants, which was convenient...

Hotel is 15 floors. Check in to room with sea view on 11th floor - big, clean carpeted, separate shower and tub. Lobby pretty big with restaurant, meeting room, tour guide and a bistro. Welcome drink is a choice of fruit juice or beer at bistro. Also included is a high tea voucher for following day. Took a short walk and found a variety of different food places around - malay, Indian, Korean, Japanese...

The location for this hotel is good, nearby has many shoplots, near to most of the places as well. Travelling to each place is easy. However, hotel is quite old and the room has some odd smell but overall is still acceptable.

It was just okay. The facilities are outdated, but the environment is decent.

Although rooms is old, but is big, clean, cozy and the bed is comfortable. Had all the amenities. And the view is great. Staffs are super friendly. Bathrooms is clean and they replace towels everyday if it is used. Found only one issue, that is the shower-head in both bathtub and shower area, it is manageable but if they could change it or upgrade it to a better one it would be perfect.

This is an established five-star hotel with a beautiful and pleasant environment, especially the thriving ecosystem. Several monkey troops often visit the balconies, and you can hear squirrels 🐿️, large lizards 🦎, and various birds singing in the trees. The hotel offers beautiful scenery, and we even spotted monkeys on the premises. It's very close to Kuah Jetty, making island hopping convenient, but a bit far from Cenang Beach. The breakfast spread was excellent, with Western, Malay, and Indian options. The cleanliness was generally good, though we did encounter a few small insects.

A lovely place. Great activities on a daily basis. No need to leave the hotel if all you want to do is relax. The only problem waa that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell because of old piping.

Excellent environment, especially the room we chose with two balconies. Even though it wasn't a sea-view room, I loved the interior design; it felt just like home. I really liked the curtain design with the sliding outer window. Breakfast was also very rich and varied. The location was great too. All in all, I was very satisfied.

All are excellent. If can place the iron in each room must be more convenient for all the guests.

The room cleanliness was just so-so, and there were a lot of Indian guests. The water heater took ages to warm up, and the TV was really old with a lot of ghosting.

Everything was fine, except the soundproofing was poor — noise from the neighboring room and the room across the hall could be heard very clearly.

Probably a good place 10 years ago, but there's a lot of room for improvement. Cleanliness, friendliness, communication. Improvements are being made, but it still has a long way to go to be a renowned resort in Langkawi.

The staff was very friendly at the beginning but I was not allowed to use the swimming pool on December 31st and I had to ask to make up my room a few times. It has a nice swimming pool and beautiful seaview but everything around and the hotel itself is old.

Bella Vista excels in the areas of customer service and views! The hotel has some age on it so there were quite a few scratches, dents, etc in the suite. A fitness center would really make this a perfect hotel. Decent value for the price you pay. Front desk staff are extremely friendly :)

Located in the middle of Kuah town in Langkawi island very nice place for short visit. No beach infront hotel but it’s ok the restaurant very nice to have breakfast with family and friends. The rooms just nice not to small not to big. The seaview from the room also nice and chill. Reception look not very busy and front office staff friendly.

Thank you so much for everything, this hotel is really great! At arrival, we enjoyed our free welcome drink, the staff is really helpful. The pool is so nice! Its located at a very quiet place in Kuah. Only one thing to say which was negative; the balcony door did not close properly so there was a lot of noise.

Islamic concept high class hotel Perfect stay with family

The hotel is located at the strategic place where we can find convenient shops and restaurants by walking distance.

Hotel staff were patient and approachable always with a smile. Hotel room is clean and with adequate amenities . Location very accessible close to a mall next door and local eateries and a 24 hour sundry store. There's a nice hip cafe "sea you" that open after 6 pm just next to your hotel serving local food and pasta.

Helpful staff.. Travel with old parent.. Staircase entrance to lobby or restaurant without handrails a bit difficult for him to access.. Toilet without handrails a bit difficult for him..

This hotel is located in Kuah town, about 20 minutes from Langkawi airport. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a pleasant vacation here. The breakfast was simple but less variety.

Overall satisfy stay 5 nights, with damiles Breakfast food varieties not so good

Cleaning should improve..there was a big Cockroach in the toilet and we took 30mins to clear that. Breakfast option is very less also there is no taste.

Overall the price are very cheap and most important the room are very clean

The room was average, but the hotel's overall environment was fantastic. The slide pool kept the kids entertained all day, and we also got to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea. A 7-Eleven is just a minute's walk away, and there's a big park nearby too. Definitely a recommended hotel!

Booked seaview room. Perfect business gateway and of course family gateway. Can relax and enjoy swimming pool, beach and sunset after hectic meeting. with this kind of facilities, makes me missed my children and family because the facility really families friendly. The food was not many choices but fair enough as u can have breakfast by sea with such a nice view.

The location was great. If you’ve already enjoyed plenty of time on the beach, this hotel is a nice next choice. It’s close to the beautiful Dataran Lang, less than 3 km away. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast, and just around the corner you’ll find a laundry service and a traditional Nasi Lemak restaurant, which is very convenient.

The St Regis Langkawi amenities are not great, the pool is a disappointment. But the attentive  service of the entire crew from concierge to checking in and at the restaurant made up for it.

The room was cleaned, but the shower gel did not refill from day 1 until day 3, the shower gel finished. During the check out day, housekeeping opens our door without knocking and it makes me feel shocked it happens around 10.45am. I believe that the housekeeping record should mention that our room status is room check out.

The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and the environment is great. It's close to the pier, and you can see the sea, moonset, and sunrise from the room's balcony. The service was excellent.

Hotel is on the older side. Rooms are spacious, and affordable for 2 connecting rooms. Cleanliness is passable. Flooring, ceilings, skirting, and towels are worn. Breakfast is basic. There aren't really eateries within comfortable walking distance. Langkawi roads not designed for walking - lack of pavements & rather dark at night - fortunately Grab is relatively inexpensive for us.

I was really tired and found this hotel last minute, just for a quick sleep. It's right by the road, very easy to find, and there are lots of food options nearby. The value for money is pretty good. I'd be willing to stay here again if I have the chance.

This is a good hotel for travelers on low budget👍. The room is clean and neat. I think because of the covid the hotel business hour kinda confusing. You guys can check in at 3pm and check out at 12pm. Enjoy your stay❤️

I stayed 2 nights with my husband and 2 kids. Staff was friendly. Set breakfast was tasty and big portion. Room price affordable for family of 4. No complain about the room, looks like already renovated. Only the pillow a bit hard.

Season Inn Langkawi is a wonderful place to stay. The owner is incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly passionate about taking care of their guests. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and affordable, offering great value for money. A big bonus is the 7-Eleven right next door and many lovely restaurants right across the street, making the location extremely convenient. Highly recommended.

Is only for budget hotel stays, no facilities and amenities is provided, overall still considered clean and simple.

This was our third stay in three years. The decline is clear. The only positives are the pool and chill-out area. Cons: not a single hairdryer in the entire hotel, as there were last time. The cleaning on the second-to-last day was something else: they washed the floor with a rancid rag, and the smell was very distinctive. Unfortunately, if we come to Langkawi again, we won't be staying at this hotel
