The room cleanliness was just so-so, and there were a lot of Indian guests. The water heater took ages to warm up, and the TV was really old with a lot of ghosting.

Everything was fine, except the soundproofing was poor — noise from the neighboring room and the room across the hall could be heard very clearly.

Probably a good place 10 years ago, but there's a lot of room for improvement. Cleanliness, friendliness, communication. Improvements are being made, but it still has a long way to go to be a renowned resort in Langkawi.

The staff was very friendly at the beginning but I was not allowed to use the swimming pool on December 31st and I had to ask to make up my room a few times. It has a nice swimming pool and beautiful seaview but everything around and the hotel itself is old.

Fooled by the hotel's beautiful castle-like exterior, this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at during our half-month trip across three countries. The moment we walked in, there was an unpleasant smell. The room was extremely basic; the bath towels were frayed and looked like rags. They didn't even provide slippers or toothbrushes. The air conditioner's outdoor unit was very noisy, making it hard to sleep at night, and the hotel wouldn't let us cancel our booking for the second day. The swimming pool looked lovely in the pictures, but in reality, it was very small, the water wasn't clean, and there was debris at the bottom. We switched to another hotel on the third day; it was cheaper and the experience was much better.

Bella Vista excels in the areas of customer service and views! The hotel has some age on it so there were quite a few scratches, dents, etc in the suite. A fitness center would really make this a perfect hotel. Decent value for the price you pay. Front desk staff are extremely friendly :)

Located in the middle of Kuah town in Langkawi island very nice place for short visit. No beach infront hotel but it’s ok the restaurant very nice to have breakfast with family and friends. The rooms just nice not to small not to big. The seaview from the room also nice and chill. Reception look not very busy and front office staff friendly.

What we saw on booking time completely opposite 
Never we never gona go back this hotel in life everything in pictures very poor 
I have upgraded my room paid 600 rim to get sweet room who will gona pay me for that
