Stayed here twice. I would like to suggest the hotel to invest on ergonomic mattresses. During one of my visits, the mattress was uncomfortable. I have spine problem and I think guests with the same problem may experience the same thing. Also, during that visit, the bathroom was so so, not really clean and the water heater did not function well. During another visit, the mattress was fine. It was a different room. The bathroom was fine too. Both rooms we booked are with double queen mattresses. Both are small but acceptable with the price charged. Also, there are staircases. Not recommended for those who can't climb stairs well. I have some health issues so climbing stairs was not my favourite part during my stays there.

Simple nice budget hotel in Kuala Terengganu town

I booked this hotel through Agoda, unfortunately I had to cancel my booking. They've charged me 100%. I'm not familiar with the non-refundable policy so I thought they'd charge me less than RM100 only for the cancellation. Turned out they charged me for RM277.90! I have contacted Agoda due to this misunderstanding but due to the non-refundable policy, they could not refund me. I was fine with that, but Agoda suggested that I contact the hotel and proceed with my booking. I did, but the hotel kept denying me and told me no refund. I didn't ask for refund, I asked to proceed with my booking. But they didn't listen to me at all.
With current economy, that much amount can last my household a whole week of groceries! What an unreasonable and insensitive hotel. They took my money and denied my stay when I wanted to proceed with the booking.
If they're unhappy with this review I'm always up to any discussion. They're the one yang "tak boleh dibawa berbincang."

Im booking 2 room. One is at ground floor. Only got 4 single bed. The queen size bed & double single bed will be on 2nd & 3rd floor.
At ground floor got 4 towel + hard pillow + mineral water 2. Electric jug + mug for drinks.
While on 2nd floor room. Only got towel. No drinking mug, no electric jug.
Also. Bring your own toiletries.
Tv channel limited. Only have 3-4 channel.
This hotel is suite for bed & backpackers.
If got budget better stay at other place.

Great hotel. I thought it's going to be a bad hotel since the price is cheap. Turns out they exceed my expectation. Since they recently renovate their hotel, I got new bathroom. Water pressure is good. The AC, Tv, and electrical appliances working well. Got Coway in the hallway. However, there's no elevator and you can easily hear people talking and walking in the hallway. You need to pay for parking using machine outside the hotel since the hotel is by the main road. RM0.60/hour (8am-6pm, I think(?)). Overall my experience is good.
