Love the location of this hotels. Near to restaurants and ample parking. Good cleanliness and room size just enough

No elevator, so we had to carry our luggages up/down ourselves. Luckily on our check in day (late) the staff helped us to carry one of our luggages up. The room was small and fairly clean but there was a trail of ants kept on coming to the table area.

Good location...the room is quite small...but no coffee and tea given ..only empty mug 😅

The location is very central, just a short walk from Pasar Payang market. The room was clean. However, there was no electric kettle or iron in the room. A water dispenser and mini-fridge were only available at the downstairs reception. I found the bathroom window to be a security concern; it faces the main corridor leading to the rooms and couldn't be securely closed. This is quite risky and could easily be exploited by someone with malicious intent. Public parking is available. There's only one reserved parking bay directly in front of the hotel, and this requires advance booking and payment.

I had a free upgrade from double bed to family room. So it was spacious for me. The reason of choosing this hotel was due to its distance, near the Jambatan Angkat. I had a short run from the hotel to the Jambatan Angkat return. The hotel was near to Masjid Negeri hence I didnt feel alone hearing the azan near me. Many restaurant nearby so you dont have to worry about breakfast. I will return if I were to register running event in Kuala Terengganu. It was near the Terminal bus station too. Just walking distance.

It's close to the city. I opted for the optional VIP parking right in front of the hotel (RM10/night), which was very convenient as public parking spots can often be full if you return late. Overall, the room was great and I was very satisfied. The air conditioning was cold, and the water heater worked perfectly.

I booked the family suite with 4 single beds specifically for a ground floor room. The iron was located just outside, conveniently close to the room in the corridor.

There was a Coway water dispenser, which was handy for refilling water or making instant noodles.
