Stayed at Tune Hotel Kota Bharu and had a good experience overall. The biggest plus is its location—KB Mall is just next door, which made shopping and finding food super easy.

The room was compact but clean, with comfortable bedding and strong air-conditioning with fan. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly.

Great budget stay if you want convenience, especially with KB Mall right beside the hotel.

I have stayed in Tune Hotel several times before. Tune Hotel is located next to a shopping mall. The room is clean and cosy with basic amenities.

Nice stay, good staff and very near to Kota Bharu City Centre

location beside to main road so very noisy. windows not soundproof. in the midnight, can hear car & motor ramping loudly like racing. besides hotel is KB mall can walk less than 1mins, crossing road walking less than 5mins, have sogno coffee & Roti golok original walking distance around 6mins.

Travelled with my parent and the room a little small but value for money. The room cleanliness was off since slightly dust nearby to the window and yet with a used cotton buds. Washroom need some maintenance as its look old especially the tiles in between has dirt. Overall good with the value paying for a night.

The service of the Tune’s hotel was good. The facilities not complete but for me was ok! The location was not bad, it was at city of Kota Bahru! Easy to go pasar Siti Khadijah. 👍✌️

This was my second time staying at a Tune Hotel chain in Malaysia, but this experience was quite bad! The hotel is located near an elevated highway, and my room was only about ten meters from it! The main issue was how poorly the window sealed; it didn't block any sound! Throughout the night, motorcycles with loud engines zoomed by, and the noise was so unbearable that I couldn't get any sleep!
