Will repeat, for sure. Biasa pergi terengganu stay hotel kecik/motel je. Kebetulan haritu jumpa grand continental and decide booked sini. Breakfast best, banyak sangat pilihan makanan. Suasana sangat kondusif dan selesa. Bilik kemas dan bersih, tandas pun. Sangat selesa dan berpuas hati. Akan repeat lagi bila pergi terengganu. Servis pun cemerlang. Congrats team!

Service is good as the counter staffs can communicate in English. Have a peaceful and wonderful night there, breakfast is good as there are many choices. Beautiful view can see from our room as the Terengganu bridge and sea can be witnessed. However it’s an old hotel compare to others.

I must stay at grand con hotel if i came to KT. Thanks a lot to the receptionist because give me the early chek in. The room is clean as always. I like the room view of hotel is the drawn brigde. The hotel is also near the mayang mall , the distance just about 5 minute walking.

Had a work event at this hotel. It was a positive experience from the start - the staff were helpful and accommodating, and we went through a smooth booking process. Meeting facilities were good, and the support team was attentive in addressing our requests. Rooms were clean and comfortable, food was good, and location is central. Appreciate the great service here and would recommend. Special shout-out to Puteri who facilitated the arrangements for us!

Arrived around 530pm and check inn was smooth. Room cleanliness acceptable. Got parking abailable here. Nearby places we want to go. Overall was a good stay in Johor Bahru.

The room has a nice view. Near the attraction area and lots of food stall/restaurants nearby. The breakfast have a quite variety of food to choose. The facilities are good.

"Glory in the Past"
Strategic location (5-7 minutes to Kampung Cina), the staffs are friendly, the aircond is cold enough, basement parking is free & view of Jambatan Angkat. Other than that, wasn't that good staying experience.
- Room smells moldy (carpet & moisture)
- The bed sheet wasn't clean
- Breakfast was just so so
Back in the day, this hotel might be awesome but now I prefer staying in boutique hotel to be fair, at least it's new & fresh
