I love it very much, the food was delicious and variety, the staffs were friendly, i will definitely stay here for the next time I come to KT.

Will repeat, for sure. Biasa pergi terengganu stay hotel kecik/motel je. Kebetulan haritu jumpa grand continental and decide booked sini. Breakfast best, banyak sangat pilihan makanan. Suasana sangat kondusif dan selesa. Bilik kemas dan bersih, tandas pun. Sangat selesa dan berpuas hati. Akan repeat lagi bila pergi terengganu. Servis pun cemerlang. Congrats team!

Service is good as the counter staffs can communicate in English. Have a peaceful and wonderful night there, breakfast is good as there are many choices. Beautiful view can see from our room as the Terengganu bridge and sea can be witnessed. However it’s an old hotel compare to others.

I must stay at grand con hotel if i came to KT. Thanks a lot to the receptionist because give me the early chek in. The room is clean as always. I like the room view of hotel is the drawn brigde. The hotel is also near the mayang mall , the distance just about 5 minute walking.

Arrived around 530pm and check inn was smooth. Room cleanliness acceptable. Got parking abailable here. Nearby places we want to go. Overall was a good stay in Johor Bahru.

Overall, the hotel is comfortable to stay in and is conveniently located near the airport and various dining options. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights at Raia Hotel & Convention Centre Terengganu and returned again due to its comfort and value. Rooms are spacious, clean, and family friendly, with a nice pool for kids.

The hotel is not as what i expected. Not worth my money at all. I give an extra points to all staff, at least they tried to fulfill my request. First room, i got a very bad bed. I had a good stay at Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu. The room was comfortable and the facilities were nice, especially the swimming pool. The nasi dagang at the hotel was delicious! Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay for both relaxation and local food experience.

The experience was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and plentiful, and we were completely satisfied with our meals every day. Snorkeling was amazing fun, and we saw so many colorful fish. Great place to stay in the Kuala Terengganu city center. We stayed 2 nights on business travel and this hotel provided everything we needed! And i'm extra happy with the Iron and Iron board they provided!

The room was clean, plus, staffs were really friendly and helpful. Location wise, it's close to the places we needed to go. Only less than 10 mins walking distance to Pasar Payang. Recommended!

Staying for one night. Decent hotel value for money. But the water heater is not working for the whole rooms i was informed by the staff. Hopefully everything goes back to normal after some repairing. Keep it up. I suggest they change the iron in 1st floor, it was old need some changing.

The hotel has been refurbished. We stayed for 1 night for our business trip. The bed is comfy and the check-in process was seamless. The location is ideal as it is located at the centre of the town with various food options and there are 2 malls nearby.

Everything was fine but please vear with the on going reno works going on. Will be better if they provide some clear channels on the tv. Been here few times and always be my first choice.

A nice hotel to stay in. Strategic location, there’re many nearby restaurants just in a walking distance. The beach also just across the road in front of the hotel. The room is kept clean & comfortable. The airport & the city centre also not so far from the hotel.

No elevator, so we had to carry our luggages up/down ourselves. Luckily on our check in day (late) the staff helped us to carry one of our luggages up. The room was small and fairly clean but there was a trail of ants kept on coming to the table area.

this is second time i come to Kuala Terengganu and stay at hotel dorm concept. i try this 18 suite boutiqe.. the space of outside bedroom (in dorm) are quite narrow.. the aircond need to put card. but once people take a card, the aircond will be switch off.. the toilet are 5 star. next, the dorm are located at 3rd level.. its quite struggle to taking a floor (because im fat😔) ..
