Introduced by a friend, I was surprised that this hotel is clean and tidy. I am very particular with toilet cleanliness but this hotel really met my requirements. Simple but comfortable. If i come back again to Kuantan, I will stay here again.Front desk staff are also nice.

when booking mention for non smoking room, end up giving smoking room, somemore i booked 6 days earlier,when complain, said non smoking fully occupied. Wondering hotel can provide smoking floor. Hotel not under restriction area for smoking.

Hotel location is good. At Kuantan center town. Nearby East Cost Mall and Commercial Hub. But hotel is abit old and the front counter attitude is average only. Asking send the toilet paper to room, tell us cleaner go home already. But he is playing phone at counter.

A reasonably comfortable and budget-friendly hotel. Booked a family room for less than RM 150. It's close to ECM.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to many eateries, a self-service laundry, and a 24-hour convenience store. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean and comfortable. . Overall, a great choice for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

The counter service was not very friendly. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We told the counter that we wanted a non-smoking room, and they said there were no other rooms, only this one, and they assured us it would not smell of cigarette smoke. When we entered, the smell was unpleasant, and we had to stay because we had already paid.

All you eat buffet style Steamboat and BBQ??!!
Price is only RM36.90 for adult and RM19.90 for kids below 140CM. buffet style with high grade ingredients and the soup base is awesome! comes with Pork Bone and Pork Intestine soup by default.
the down site currently is being too crowded and the smokes... is overwhelming.... anyway according to owner the ventilation would be greatly approve.
will be back again.

One of my favourite cafe in Kuantan, good environment, foods are delicious, and their chicken chop in Discember special menu taste heavenly good!! Their waffle is a must try. They mostly served on sandwich, spaghetti and waffles.

Bacon and beef sandwich was delicious. Chicken pita only so-so. Waffles were decent. Loved the atmosphere and table games. A little pricey but value for money.
