even though the hotel is old but still neat and clean.. all the facilities are there.. suitable for those with families.. car parking is also easy and plentiful.. just the water pressure is too slow, hope it can be fixed.. the aircond is cold and very good

As a traveler, what’s more concerning than seeing yellow stains in the toilet bowl or on towels? The housekeeping team could definitely do better. Before OYO existed, we used to choose Hotel Seri Malaysia as our go-to budget hotel. Do something or you will never sustain for the long run.

Hi, hotel seri malaysia management. Sorry and need to say. Kindly take note.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. Bed bugs were present in the bed, causing extreme itching and discomfort. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable.

The air conditioning wasn't cool enough, and a 1hp unit isn't suitable for this room; it needs to be replaced with a 2hp or 1.5hp unit. The water heater was leaking, and the water pressure was a bit low, even with a pump in the heater.

This hotel by far is the worst hotel i ever visited. I do know that Seri Malaysia is like a "Legend" hotel..and i did expected that everthing in the hotel room is an old school..But, when it comes to hygience and cleanliness, it is not a negotiable thing. WTH! Im infected with bedbugs! Please la "RANGKAIAN HOTEL SERI MALAYSIA SDN BHD" Do something!. Even OYO is more convenience than your hotel.
