Stayed here recently and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and dining spots.

Stayed for 3D2N. Room faced the main road, so it was quite noisy at times.
Great location near Tower 188, with many coffee shops and a night market within walking distance. Laundry shop is right next door.
Breakfast was tasty but limited in variety. Room was clean and overall stay was decent, mainly because of the location. 👍

Perfect location for city exploring and cafe hopping!
We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It’s right in the city center with excellent access to everything. There are many stylish and cozy cafes around the hotel, which was a great find for us.
The best part is that it’s within walking distance to the Art Street and the Night Market. It was so convenient to explore the local art scene and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at night without worrying about transport. A great value-for-money hotel for those who want to enjoy the heart of Kuantan!

Great location, ample open car park parking space. Right next to esplanade and most of the restaurants and cafe. A bit noisy facing the street view. Value for money which included breakfast.

We went as a family of 3. The room was nice. Very convenient for family trip coz the hotel provided breakfast too..and not forgetting their designated parking spaces at the back area of the hotel. We didn't have to pay extra parking fee. The location is very close to Kuantan city centre's attractions. At night, we went to explore the mural arts..awesome..we met malay, chinese & indian families..we helped each other to take photos..had good laughed too! We also went to the food festival near Benteng @ Sg Kuantan area close to menara 118. Loads of food choices there too. Spoilt for choice as there were lots of eateries to go to but unfortunately not enough time. Kuantan we will be back sooner or later.

1. The bathroom floor is too slippery when wet. I almost fell off.
2. Parking is on open area no shade but guarded. You can also parked by the road side
3. Room is big and spacious. But the wall socket plug is too far from the bed. If you want to charge up ur device. Need to leave it far from you.
4. Breakfast not so many variation. No so many option to choose. For the taste it is average nothing extra.
