I am old couple 67 years old and 60 years old. The staff gave us room at 2nd floor and no lift. The towel is terrible. I like the location. Just opposite aeon mall Melaka. Stay for 1 night only.

I’ve been a frequent guest of this hotel since long, this time I came back after one year, and this place has gone quite horrible, dirty and leakage stain below the aircond, dust on the table, not to mention the dirty toilet, couldn’t stand a minute long inside. No more next time for me. Ciao

The hotel room without TV Channel is too boring to stay with family. The access card is difficult to use especially for my room No 19. Maybe the hotel need to improve on TV channels and other facilities for guests such as breakfast and drinking water.

The tv is not working, and the hot water does not really work. There is no lift, and we need to use the staircase to the room in level 2. The room is big enough for King's siza bed, but the day bed is broken in the room.

Nice place to have Kenny Rogers chicken.
Love it when they offer buy one free one promotion.
Everything in the menu is good, except for the spicy chicken, it's really really spicy. I feel like having an instant stomach burn right after having that.

Tried the new spicy ? chicken meal, but the sauce is really too sour. Really need to improve on this. For the accompanied peanut butter chocolate muffin, I still prefer another flavour, banana. ?

Has once been there and would never go there again. The food taste horrible. It is cold and not properly managed. It took forever to even get our food. The staff are really unfriendly and the service was absolutely horrible! The manager was really rude and even glared at us when we asked for our food. I wouldn't even give one star for this kind of service that I get. Please don't eat here. If you want for some trouble, then come here.

The food was disgusting, I ordered a "chicken" sandwich(RM10+), it was COLD and soggy and the "best part" about it there was "no chicken" the bread was practically bathed in mayonnaise and the lettuce you could tell it was more than a few days old. Come on!!! It's just a freaking sandwich do you even need to make that thing 1 day in advance?? If I could I wouldn't even give you 1 star.
