The room service is very bad. I heard the owner going to sell the place so he doesn't give a crap what the guest think. But the rate is still standard. Come on guys we can do better. Only AC half working. TV is like the boss bought it at a salvage yard. You don't have to believe me, just spend 1 night here. I pity the guy buying this place. Good luck, u going to need it.

Great location if your here for a couple of days it’s great for everything you need. Could do with a lick of paint and some improvements but as it is it’s cheap and if your out all day and night it’s perfect

The location is right in town which is convenient. The management no longer run by Chinese but instead Indians running down to the ground. Lobby has no air conditioning nor fan, smell like sewage. Rooms without windows causing stale air.
The locals probably don't mind, for tourists this bad and getting worse. Service not at all.

I strongly suggest that Ctrip remove this hotel from its shelves. I strongly suggest that everyone should not book this hotel. Whoever goes there will be fooled. I don't want to give this hotel any rating, but I can't write any recommendations without rating. This is the worst hotel I have booked through Ctrip in many years. The front desk service attitude is bad, the basic facilities of the hotel are very poor, and the lobby is gloomy. When I went there, the front desk was a fat Indian woman with a very poor service attitude. I asked to see the room I booked before checking in, but she refused and took me to see a single room at random. The conditions were extremely poor and it was not worth the price at all! I immediately canceled the reservation on Ctrip and applied for a refund, but they didn't cooperate or reply! Please keep your eyes open when choosing a hotel, and try to choose a brand chain hotel to avoid being deceived! Because I was extremely angry, I left the hotel without taking pictures!

One of the lousy hotel,uncomfortable staying over here,not recomended any tourist,
When check out you'll get cleaning charges some more.
When u ask receipnionist will answer your room dirty,
My question,Once check you need to tidy up like what u received !!!!
Normally people put all the the bedsheets n towels in on site.
Not fold up n decorate again.

Walking up the steps? What if you have a heavy luggage/s, elderly people or OKU. Dangerously slippery when wet. If you are driving, you will have problems finding a parking space. Don't waste your $$ here. Management Sucks, so are staffs. "Hotel" akin to cheap, very low budget hotel . Underpaid staffs, so don't expect courteous service..

Bad service……. To the employees at this hotel, please check the name of the customer who booked through any application that has an account with the hotel.

Don’t when the customer calls to reconfirm if their name is available at the hotel, keep saying "yes there is". When the customer comes to check in, at the time of check, the customer's name is not there.

Even though I have paid in full. Wasting the customer's time and money to find another last minute hotel.

And please, when the account is no longer active, please tell the party of any application to remove the hotel name from the application.

please treat customers more friendly. the employees are not very friendly with the customers

Had dinner there on 3 July 2017 and a very unpleasant experience with the person manning the counter for checking reservation. That lady was very unpleasant and not hospitable.

Purchased a coupon via Fave. Prior to purchasing,I called the restaurant and asked whether any reservation is required even for Fave coupon. The person told me to just walk in

Upon arriving at the restaurant, that lady acted like we committed a criminal act and was close to being rude. She insisted that I booked a day prior and make a whole fuss of asking manager and calling the other staff. Even after I told her that I called prior to purchasing and was told to just walk in. I understand that certain regulations must be followed but why your staff act with no tact?

If you can't even put a pleasant person behind the counter handling the customers, it is a shame to your restaurant and the hotel as a whole. Will never be back
