I really enjoy everytime check in here...hatten is my first choice hotel whenever i came to melaka...all surrounding...great view
Lobby so stunning, check in process smoothly, Room spacios, clean n cozy. Best hotel in Malacca
Free parking, cozy room and free parking. Walking distance to mahkota parade and dataran pahlawa
The location is excellent, very close to the city center, and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It's also very friendly to Chinese guests. The breakfast was incredibly rich and the value for money was outstanding. If I go to Malacca again, I will definitely stay here.
Elegant and spacious lobby with beautiful lighting and Chinese-inspired décor that feels classy and welcoming. What I really appreciated was the hand sanitizer placed right at the lift lobby—such a small detail, yet it shows genuine care for guests’ hygiene and comfort. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. A great first impression overall.
Tempat yang strategic dan berdepan dengan dataran pahlawan. betol di tgh kota dan sgt convenient. bilik sangat spacious and breakfast yang nice. really worth your money. please looking forward to stay in this hotel.

Holiday Inn Melaka by IHG, Malacca1 / 30
8.7
Malacca, Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's location is quite good, with two malls nearby offering plenty of restaurants and a supermarket for souvenirs. It's conveniently located between Jonker Street and the Straits Mosque, about a ten-minute taxi ride to both. The room looked a bit dated, but the amenities were quite comprehensive. The family room had a bunk bed, which the kids loved. It was advertised as a 2.3m king-size bed...
Across the road there is mall with loads of shops and restaurant to hang around. Room is clean. Breakfast variety can include more. Lifts are too often busy and you need to reserve time for it.
Overall, it's a pretty good experience, especially for Malacca, it might be one of the better options. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Red Square. They offer a shuttle service, but it runs every two hours and needs to be booked in advance. Also, the breakfast selection isn't huge and mainly features local dishes; I hope they can add more Chinese options.
Love this hotel. Starting from the lobby, rooms and amenities, breakfast, pool, and sports area. All the facilities are well maintained. My family especially the kids love the kids suite. Amenities provided are complete for the whole family including kid’s bath rope and dental kit. The breakfast are another level. You’ve got to taste local cuisine and international cuisine also. They also serve several...
The hotel room just ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Breakfast just ok.Easy to get the food and drinks by walking distance
Check in was fast. 5 stars hotel with the following: Day 1 - Aircon spoilt (unable to adjust temp) was informed by technician that he will carry out the repair the next day morning. Nail that was embedded on the carpet (marked with tissue on picture 3) and I literally stepped on it and had a small puncture on my toe. Super Heavy door that it was so hard to push open it. I am about 100KG though...

location is ok, we walk ard 10mins to the jonker walk nothing to explore at tge shopping gallery link with the hotel, not even grocery bath towel looks dirty, may be they never change it since this hotel established service is great, the toilet seat was fixed right after we complaint, will supply extra bottles of water when we ask for.. the night view from 30th floor is superb
We stayed at Swiss-Garden Hotel Melaka during our recent family trip and had a generally pleasant stay. We travelled as a family of four, and the room size was comfortable enough for all of us. The layout was practical and there was sufficient space for luggage and movement. The room itself was clean and reasonably well kept, although the hotel does show some signs of aging, particularly in certain...
Swiss-Garden Hotel Melaka offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, modern facilities, and a convenient location near popular attractions. The infinity pool provides stunning city views, while the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is decent, and overall cleanliness is well maintained.
My second stay here. Loved the location as it is connected to Shore Shopping Mall. Breakfast is excellent but limited choices of kuih much due to ramadhan month. RM 20++ per adult during Ramadhan which is a great deal. Our room has a strong musty smell. This is an area that needs to be improved. Other than that,
The hotel room was clean & comfortable. The bed & pillows were great, with a decently sized desk and amazing night views. However, the glass screen was dirty and the overall room was looking slightly aged. Okay breakfast, only RM20 for the breakfast buffet so you get what you paid for.
Regular guest at this hotel. Room was spacious & comfortable, bathroom clean (but some fittings were loose), location excellent, attached to The Shore Mall, ample parking, staff friendly & accommodating. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

This Ibis is much better than those in China. The room is clean, and the bedding is also quite clean. The breakfast is relatively rich, though the taste might not suit Chinese palates. The front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese, and some only speak Malay, not English. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Jonker Street, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the Dutch Square (Red Square...
The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she assisted us when we forgot to exchange cash. A big shout-out to her! The room and facilities were decent. However, the water eventually ran cold, and the lighting around the dressing mirror wasn't ideal for applying makeup. The location is quite convenient, though there are quite a few Indian people in the vicinity.
The location is excellent, close to everything. The breakfast was okay, pretty standard. However, the facilities are quite old. The shower drain was slow, and there was a strong smell in the bathroom. It was just a place to make do.
It was nice staying here, and compared to Dec 2024. It's been so much better for the service rendered. Keep it up! The Location is superd and we loves it, 5 mins walk to Jonker street, do not even need to drive over. As the parking at Jonker is limited and during Friday to Sunday, it will be packed. So with the short distance walk, you can save alot of trouble finding carparks lots. The room is clean...
Good location and friendly front counter staff.
The room felt stuffy and humid, which made the stay uncomfortable. I had to change rooms; the second one was slightly better, at least without mold, but still far from ideal. The staff didn’t seem very helpful and appeared understaffed. Another major issue was the lack of a proper window—this was not clearly stated on the website and felt misleading. On top of that, both the room and the hallways were...

location its a bit on the way side. not really in melaka old town. Grab is cheap in Penang though so not an issue. got a free cookie on arrival. has a sauna a gym and a pool (view from pool attached in picture). the points deducted are for the minor things - the room door doesnt close properly if you dont push hard enough. sauna takes quite a bit of time to warm up.
Clean, quiet good service, The room, bed feel very comfortable for relax after work on very hot day.
The hotel is right by the sea and very close to the Floating Mosque. The facilities and service are excellent, highly recommended! 👍👍👍
Located at close to the center of Malacca. The room is spacious, clean and commands panoramic view. We had a good sleep owing to comfortable bed.
Service: The service was fantastic, especially the complimentary cookies for every guest, which were quite tasty. They also provided service in Chinese. Environment: The overall cleanliness was impeccable. The only downside was that the location was a bit far out, but it was quite close to a small island.
The room was very spacious, and we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning at night. There are plenty of food options nearby, which was very convenient. Melaka isn't a large city, so getting around by taxi is easy. The views are beautiful, and our room had a stunning panoramic sea view.

Great and nice stay. This is our 2nd time staying in this resort. Room is clean, parking available. Waterpark is fun for kids, there's a bigger swimming pool for adult as well. Good place to stay for family trip. Definitely recommended.
Abit old school. .Need to improve on the toilet cleanliness. This is the first time i stay hotel that need to pay for the kid to play at the pool.
The pool is fun for little kids. The room is clean. But the pillows and mattress really need an upgrade. Breakfast is dissapointing.
Well maintained facilities . Ac super cool,Staff freindly and helpful.Food and beverage Is good. Peaceful enviroment. Mini wet World Is good for children. Will come again
Good for families with small kids because there is a mini water park. It's in an isolated area thus you definitely need your own transport.
The room that we stayed has leaking aircond and the breeze from it is not cold enough, it may be broke. The staff at the counter for getting swimming pool tags is not friendly. And I don't like the policy of under 6 years old has to pay for buffet breakfast.

Estadia Hotel 🏨 is located on heart of the city, shopping mall around, more convenient to the Mahkota Hospital. The room nice but little bit dirty . Hope hotel can keep maintenance good and clean.
Booked the junior suite with 2bedrooms and extended for another night. Room is extremely spacious and nicely decor. Front desk staffs were friendly and courteous. Hotel is well located with lots of eateries and shopping within short walk. Only bad experience is with all the 3 TVs in the room. Unable to watch on any channels due to no signal. No TVs for 2 nights stay. Everything else was good.
Hotel room size is not big and air in room not fresh , however, you can rent the air purifier from hotel. The TV remote has issue and unable to switch off. The location is good and just beside the coach terminal and near the shopping malls. The breakfast is decent and the taste is ok.
Convenient located directly across to mahkota hospital, around got two shopping malls. Restaurant around .
When we arrived, we were surprised that this hotel is under the same group company, Hatten Group. So it has the same parking lot shared with Hatten Hotel. Different building though. Smooth and early check-in, the hotel is near the town, and nice facilities but unfortunately the swimming pool is not in good condition. I called and asked in advance before booking if the pool could be used - they said yes.

Very Nanyang style! Although the hotel is older, it's still well-maintained. It probably used to be a high-star hotel given its setup. The location is excellent. Very nice stay at this heritage hotel. The room was very nice facing the river and the bathtub was great. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious, especially the roti canai.
Staying here in Malacca was quite comfortable. We explored during the day and enjoyed a relaxing bath before bed at night. The hotel's amenities and services were all very good. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Jonker Street, so going there for breakfast in the morning was a real treat.
Facilities are quite new, but the water pressure from other rooms showering is very loud. Cleanliness: Pretty clean. Environment: Very elegant, with a strong Nanyang (Southeast Asian) flair! Service: The staff are all very enthusiastic. The doorman helps carry luggage to the rooms. Breakfast offers several set meal options, you can choose more than one.
We had a truly memorable stay at the Majestic Malacca. The ambiance was absolutely charming, reflecting a beautiful blend of heritage and comfort. The location of the hotel is good, very near to the downtown the heart of the city but the toilet is very noise after use. The noise come from the “ water hammering” effect of the pipe hose from the toilet water storage storage tank.
This hotel is really close to the train station, and there's a gas station with a convenience store right next door. In the mornings, you'll see tons of breakfast places. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. This hotel is really great, highly recommended! It's affordable and the environment is nice. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back.
No slippers were provided, and when I asked for them, they charged me two dollars. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste either, but when I asked for those, they didn't charge me. Maybe it's a cultural difference, and I was too embarrassed to ask why, fearing I'd be laughed at. The location is a bit desolate, but it's only about a ten to fifteen-minute walk to Jonker Street and several museums.
Second time here.. Clean and comfortable staying in here. Will come again in future.
This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we had another pleasant experience. We chose a suite room on level 3, which we liked.
