Must renovate and make the place even better.Everything is old and u ask for extra pillow must pay..use of hair dryer must pay.the water dispenser must leave the room to get.very inconvenient.will not go there n stay again!

1/5 – Very disappointing and unfair experience
I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel due to their unprofessional handling of a duplicate booking issue.
I accidentally made a duplicate booking for the same dates. When I contacted the front desk immediately, the staff clearly agreed to cancel one of the bookings and told me not to worry. Based on this confirmation, I believed the issue was already resolved.
However, later on, the hotel suddenly refused to cancel it and claimed it was “non-refundable”, even though their staff had already agreed to help. As a result, I was charged twice for the same stay, which is completely unfair. What is more disappointing is that there was no flexibility, no accountability, and no sincere attempt to resolve the issue, even though this mistake was reported early and could have been easily corrected.
This experience shows a lack of professionalism and integrity. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you expect fair customer service when something goes wrong.
