Old and mouldy hotel with leaking walkways  Rooms are bad!! Poor quality furnitures and utensils!! Tea making equipment , utensils, cups are so bad! How to make coffee in small glass tumblers!! For the price paid and available facilities it’s disgusting Trip.com accepts such hotel to promote is very disgraceful!! I have to reconsider booking under Trip .com and the reviews!!
We booked a 2-bedroom apartment. The room was comfortable and well-suited for our stay. For a family with a child, the beds were comfortable, and the shower and toilet were convenient. However, the kitchen was a letdown. There were no plates, cups, or spoons to even make tea. On the plus side, the sea is nearby, and there are plenty of cafes all around. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which...
C’t believe the hotel refused for my request for one extra towel ,if u afraid lost it ,u can check the room when we check out ,n the room air cond is cannot adjust type ,if off too hot if on is too cold .not conform table to sleep in room like that .
The reception area is a little tied but our rooms were lovely  modern and clean Close to beach  Fridge in room  Good children’s facilities  Lift was interesting as tries to eat you everytime you used. It
Location near to beach abd taxi stand To improve - bidet water pressure very low

Excellent service, but the room condition was a bit subpar.
This hotel must be good many years ago. Now its out of date. Small rooms, and the time can see on the room. Otherside the swimming pool is ok, and have a beach.
Good accommodation for last minute holiday (near beach) . Also we enjoy the nasi dan bihun goreng. Excellent & kudos the chef
Beautiful view! You guys should definitely go, it's very close to walk around and find food.
Direct access to beach is the biggest advantage of staying here. But the room we had was very basic. It had some odor, possible from the toilet or old furniture. The breakfast had limited options, but it was expected for the price. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable type. Overall, it reflects the price, and I will book again if there are significant improvements.
Have its own beach front. Convenience to eateries and a supermarket. Friendly staff.

The spa was a fantastic and unique experience, and the sunset on the beach was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant was decent too. Our room was very close to the lobby. However, there's one thing to be aware of: service charges and taxes can be applied multiple times. For instance, after paying for the spa, an additional 10% was added to the final bill. Just a small heads-up for everyone! It was truly...
I had to pay a boat fee of 80 MYR per person to get to the hotel, and I had to pay it both ways. There was no mention of this when I booked the hotel. They charged an extra 150 MYR for a blanket for my child. When we checked in and went to our room, an Indian staff member (an older lady) didn't help us with our luggage, even though the room was far away and up a hilly path. I wasn't happy with this...
Had a lovely long weekend getaway and stayed in the sea villas. The facilities were amazing with fresh water pools, tennis courts, gym and several restaurants with an excellent food selection. Our favourite was fisherman's cove which had more of a western cuisine. Overall we had a really pleasant stay. However having stayed at other similar resorts at a similar price it felt like it was lacking. I...
The facilities are a bit old, and the food is quite unappetizing. Since our overwater bungalow was quite far, the service was also slow. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for a buggy every time we wanted to go for a meal. For a Southeast Asian vacation, I'd still recommend Thailand. This place in Malaysia is really not recommended!
Marina Island Boat transfer easy, although I feel a little expensive. Coffee was cold, they had wrong check in information and I almost tripped on uneven block surface exiting building to boat. Check in completed at reception , with correction to booking. We were in a lower tropical garden villa, which is cheapest room. We were lucky to have part sea view and part back of pool view. Other lower villas...
The room facilities weren't great and didn't live up to the hotel's star rating. Probably because of its hillside location, there were a lot of ants on the duvet and tons of mosquitoes. The only good thing was that the beach was incredibly clean.

The hotel room got dried bird poop on the floor, then the towel make my skin itchy, other than tht everything seems okay la, staff is is nice & breakfast buffet is delicious😋, I believe this hotel can do better in future good luck
My first time in Pulau Pangkor and one of the best experiences, hotel comfy, complete for family vacations, plus we as a group of PEV riders we can ride until in front of the room and park there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️love that😆 breakfast provided also good 👍 nasi lemak sambal was the best. I wish lots of hotel can provide the same facilities for micro mobility vehicles. So we can go there and ride together 😁.
Decent stay. Clean private pool, comfortable room, and the aircond worked as expected. Nasi lemak was good.
Nice and comfortable resort..location good.. breakfast nasi lemak was good.. good pool for water activities for kids.. can rent motorbikes from the hotel or nearby..cheap cheap good good
Simple and relaxing stay. The private pool was clean, air conditioning functioned well, and a hair dryer was available upon request from the counter.
Stay with my friend for only 1 night stay. The location is good, overall ok lah for this price.

Good environment and nice service
nice resort, the view superb good, will plan again for next trip. thank you for good hospitality🥰🤝
Nice room, great food.. Near beach.. Great views.. Very recommended
The senior administrator is very attentive. The food requires serious improvement.
The resort has a two-story building and several log cabins. We stayed in the two-story building, which was pretty good. The swimming pool was great, and the sun was great. There was a pier next to the entrance, and there were many restaurants. There was a service fee for accommodation, 10 yuan per person per day, and we were charged 40 yuan for room service. This is very strange. Isn't it your responsibility...
We had stayed at this place 7 years ago and it seems to have gotten worse. Room was clean enough, mattresses were uncomfortable and the walls as thin as paper. The noise of families staying out of their rooms late into the night echoed and amplified the noise. There was no peaceful nights sleep found. Also, breakfast is not great. I'd generally say to keep your expectations low if staying here and...

This place is near to Pasir Bogak, also near to Lumut Ferry Jetty. Bonus, near to duty free place, mr diy, and if u plan to go during school holidays it will be perfect. Theres fireshow at 3 places, 2 itself is at pasir bogak, another one is at teluk nipah. Overall the place is cozy and clean to stay, nearby so many interesting places
Best hotel in Pangkor. Clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
The place was amazing and friendly front desk as well near to everything
Very well located, actually walkable if you don’t mind walking a few kilometres esp in the heat. Very helpful staff. Bare bones but comfortable stay for the price! Would stay here again
Purposely choose this hotel to avoid Teluk Nipah's stuffed tourist area. Pangkor is a truly small area. U can easily access the beach eventho it's 1km-2km distance from the Hotel. Plus, there's a lot of local food stalls to choose from, rather than Teluk Nipah/ Pasir Bogak. And for this hotel, I'm looking forward to choosing again on my next trip healing at Pangkor. Well maintained for its best!!
Overall is a good stay. We went on weeekdays. Had a good sleep. There's mamak, dessert store and 7 eleven in the same street downstairs. They upgraded our bed size to king-sized bed, which is really kind of them. We were initially assigned to a room without windows, and I looked back to my booking and there's window mentioned. I requested to change to a room with window, as I personally like rooms...

Overall average , rate of hotel made me do the booking .we asked for late check out and got rejected although I mentioned this request pre- booking and there was no notification after if that accepted or not . It was a good stay and Breakfast was good too. The room was clean. Staff was friendly.
Very comfortable hotel. Good breakfast, clean pool, and nice rooms. No mosquitoes, it's clean, and the service is very polite.
Feedback on toilet:  1. Toilet’s door dirty 2. Design of toilet not friendly to big size body customer. Recommend to remove the glass. 3. Got ants Other feedback: TV too small. Refrigerator need to clean further. Breakfast very very limited. Bed is okay. Floor is clean. Space okay.
The Resort do not maintain properly. Foods is very simple. No sleeper in the room.

Staf and room were soooo niceeeee !!! really recommend this resort to my friends. The receptionist also so sweet, she offered a lot of help for us. Thank you ❤️
best resort ever !! great servive by their staff , the lady at the reception greet me and my buddies very well , such a great attitude . will repeat again ! 💖💖💖💖💖
Room size good Location good Breakfast need improvement
Rooms were good. Bed comfortable. Accessable to beach. Food terrible. Had to eat nasi lemak everyday. Food was unhygienic as hair was found. Got heartburn eating the food. On Day 3 gave up breakfast and went out to eat. We were the only customers for the resort for the three days.
Food is very terrible, every day nasi lamak which caused heartburns, found hair in our food, and finally gave up breakfast on day 3 and went out to eat. Accommodation was very good.
The hotel looks old, it seems that it has not been properly maintained since the COVID 19 pandemic hit the world. the location is very good, close to a small town on Pangkor island, also close to Pasir Bogak beach.

There are seven of us in total. There are three rooms with three double beds, a bathroom, and a shared living area. All the rooms are very clean. Only the first room has quite a lot of ants, which seem to be coming in from outside. There is no problem finding nearby food, drinks, or daily necessities. Parking is also convenient. The Malay staff at the front desk are polite and friendly. Most importantly...
Stayed here for quite some time. The rooms are as expectedly new, nice and tidy. Lavatory is also convenient in each rooms. Service wise however is different. Reason is because, this is somewhat like a boutique hotel so try to have less expectations towards every service needed. Location wise, a very great place as it is close to the Pangkor town and just drives away to other places. Walking distance...
Not bad overall for the price . Don’t expect much - but if you want to explore the island and stay on the budget rather than spending time in a hotel room - it’s a good choice .
Come &try travel to pangkor Island
Clean n tidy. Near jetty 5 minute walk. 15 minutes to coco valley.

Fishing
After Golfing ⛳️ at Damai Laut GCC, following day put up a night here.
This Homestay has a very good location for food and next satay factory. It's at Sg Pinang Kecil. The Chinese's lady staff is very helpful and polite. At the back of the homestay there are few hammock to sit. At night, you can enjoy and have good gathering time with your friends. Price is reasonable too. Room is clean, comfortable. In the room they provide slippers, hair dry, shower gel.
Extremely friendly and hospitable business. Perfect location to experience and explore traditional fish village. Clean and well looked after. Modern shower and hot water. Friendly to the environment. Staff always polite and willing to offer advice.
A homestay in a typical fishing village. There is a jetty where you can fishing and catching craps, a big common area for games or group activities, a relaxing area with strong wind at the jetty (love to lay at the hanging bed there & chit chatting), and bbq area. Rooms are neat and comfortable, equipped with necessary toiletries. Nice place for photography lover.
Neat and clean room. If you like to visit a typical fishing village and know more about the local culture. It is a good choice. Not much choice for food at night if you do not have transportation.
