Old and mouldy hotel with leaking walkways  Rooms are bad!! Poor quality furnitures and utensils!! Tea making equipment , utensils, cups are so bad! How to make coffee in small glass tumblers!! For the price paid and available facilities it’s disgusting Trip.com accepts such hotel to promote is very disgraceful!! I have to reconsider booking under Trip .com and the reviews!!

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment. The room was comfortable and well-suited for our stay. For a family with a child, the beds were comfortable, and the shower and toilet were convenient. C’t believe the hotel refused for my request for one extra towel ,if u afraid lost it ,u can check the room when we check out ,n the room air cond is cannot adjust type ,if off too hot if on is too cold .not conform table to sleep in room like that .

The reception area is a little tied but our rooms were lovely  modern and clean Close to beach  Fridge in room  Good children’s facilities  Lift was interesting as tries to eat you everytime you used. It

This hotel must be good many years ago. Now its out of date. Small rooms, and the time can see on the room. Otherside the swimming pool is ok, and have a beach.

Direct access to beach is the biggest advantage of staying here. But the room we had was very basic. It had some odor, possible from the toilet or old furniture. The breakfast had limited options, but it was expected for the price. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable type. Overall, it reflects the price, and I will book again if there are significant improvements.

I had to pay a boat fee of 80 MYR per person to get to the hotel, and I had to pay it both ways. There was no mention of this when I booked the hotel. They charged an extra 150 MYR for a blanket for my child. Had a lovely long weekend getaway and stayed in the sea villas. The facilities were amazing with fresh water pools, tennis courts, gym and several restaurants with an excellent food selection. The facilities are a bit old, and the food is quite unappetizing. Since our overwater bungalow was quite far, the service was also slow. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for a buggy every time we wanted to go for a meal. For a Southeast Asian vacation, I'd still recommend Thailand. This place in Malaysia is really not recommended!

The room facilities weren't great and didn't live up to the hotel's star rating. Probably because of its hillside location, there were a lot of ants on the duvet and tons of mosquitoes. The only good thing was that the beach was incredibly clean.

The hotel room got dried bird poop on the floor, then the towel make my skin itchy, other than tht everything seems okay la, staff is is nice & breakfast buffet is delicious😋, I believe this hotel can do better in future good luck

My first time in Pulau Pangkor and one of the best experiences, hotel comfy, complete for family vacations, plus we as a group of PEV riders we can ride until in front of the room and park there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️love that😆 breakfast provided also good 👍 nasi lemak sambal was the best. I wish lots of hotel can provide the same facilities for micro mobility vehicles. So we can go there and ride together 😁.

The resort has a two-story building and several log cabins. We stayed in the two-story building, which was pretty good. The swimming pool was great, and the sun was great. We had stayed at this place 7 years ago and it seems to have gotten worse. Room was clean enough, mattresses were uncomfortable and the walls as thin as paper. This place is near to Pasir Bogak, also near to Lumut Ferry Jetty. Bonus, near to duty free place, mr diy, and if u plan to go during school holidays it will be perfect. Theres fireshow at 3 places, 2 itself is at pasir bogak, another one is at teluk nipah. Overall the place is cozy and clean to stay, nearby so many interesting places

Purposely choose this hotel to avoid Teluk Nipah's stuffed tourist area. Pangkor is a truly small area. U can easily access the beach eventho it's 1km-2km distance from the Hotel. Plus, there's a lot of local food stalls to choose from, rather than Teluk Nipah/ Pasir Bogak. And for this hotel, I'm looking forward to choosing again on my next trip healing at Pangkor. Rooms were good. Bed comfortable. Accessable to beach. Food terrible. Had to eat nasi lemak everyday. Food was unhygienic as hair was found. Got heartburn eating the food. On Day 3 gave up breakfast and went out to eat. We were the only customers for the resort for the three days.

The hotel looks old, it seems that it has not been properly maintained since the COVID 19 pandemic hit the world. the location is very good, close to a small town on Pangkor island, also close to Pasir Bogak beach.

There are seven of us in total. There are three rooms with three double beds, a bathroom, and a shared living area. All the rooms are very clean. Stayed here for quite some time. The rooms are as expectedly new, nice and tidy. Lavatory is also convenient in each rooms. Service wise however is different. Reason is because, this is somewhat like a boutique hotel so try to have less expectations towards every service needed. This Homestay has a very good location for food and next satay factory. It's at Sg Pinang Kecil. The Chinese's lady staff is very helpful and polite. At the back of the homestay there are few hammock to sit. At night, you can enjoy and have good gathering time with your friends. Price is reasonable too. Room is clean, comfortable. In the room they provide slippers, hair dry, shower gel.

Extremely friendly and hospitable business. Perfect location to experience and explore traditional fish village. Clean and well looked after. Modern shower and hot water. Friendly to the environment. Staff always polite and willing to offer advice.

A homestay in a typical fishing village. There is a jetty where you can fishing and catching craps, a big common area for games or group activities, a relaxing area with strong wind at the jetty (love to lay at the hanging bed there & chit chatting), and bbq area. Rooms are neat and comfortable, equipped with necessary toiletries. Nice place for photography lover.

Neat and clean room. If you like to visit a typical fishing village and know more about the local culture. It is a good choice. Not much choice for food at night if you do not have transportation.
