Here’s how this hotel ruined TWO of our trips,

In November 2024, the receptionist threatened to harm with an actual screwdriver in hand when we didn’t check-out in time by exactly 8 minutes. The staff is by far the rudest possible on the island. The receptionist continues to threaten and tries to scam whenever possible.

In January 2025, the same receptionist continued to deliver the exact same behaviour. This time around, scammed us with the deposit fee by providing us with dirty sheets and then implying that we dirtied the sheets ourselves. Continued to threaten to call the police anytime another friend came over to meet with us before a motorbike outing.

If you want to have a pleasant living experience, make sure that you stay away from this scammer hotel anyhow possible.

This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in, and trust me, I'm not one to be harsh, but it's the plain truth. To start, as soon as we arrived, we waited at the reception for 20 minutes because there was no one available for check-in. When the receptionist finally arrived, he apologized, claiming he was having lunch even though he arrived on a scooter. I don't know, maybe he went home for lunch, but whatever.

After the first night, we had no water for the toilet, the shower, or even to brush our teeth, so we had to improvise and buy water bottles for everything, all at our own expense. Unable to check out early since we had already paid for the entire stay.

Moreover, they continuously took me for someone who understands nothing, saying the water would be back the next day, but it never happened. Additionally, to get room cleaning, I had to request it repeatedly with no results, and in the end, I had to do it myself. The most absurd part is that they didn't even offer a minimal discount for the lack of almost all essential services that a hotel should provide.

Guys, be careful not to book in this hotel. If you want a paid camping experience, this is the ideal place. I have no words. Disgusting.
