Overall average , rate of hotel made me do the booking .we asked for late check out and got rejected although I mentioned this request pre- booking and there was no notification after if that accepted or not .
First day we arrived and room was dirty and ants on bed bites so we ask for another cleanup and change bedsheets
Breakfast is ok although the area can’t fit all guests in same time so you need to choose time slot for breakfast prior day
Mini fridge wasn’t working so we asked for fixing

Very comfortable hotel. Good breakfast, clean pool, and nice rooms. No mosquitoes, it's clean, and the service is very polite.

Feedback on toilet:
1. Toilet’s door dirty
2. Design of toilet not friendly to big size body customer. Recommend to remove the glass.
3. Got ants

Other feedback:
TV too small. Refrigerator need to clean further. Breakfast very very limited.

Bed is okay. Floor is clean. Space okay.

The resorts are beautifully maintained. The rooms are also spacious, highly recommended for family trips. The resort area is very satisfying, and it's close to the beach.

Didn’t expect this room to be a 2-level unit, one king size bed at lower floor and 2 single beds at upper level, just nice for my family with 3 children.. the location of the hotel is good, just opposite beautiful Teluk Nipah to see sunset, and very near to all roadside Malay stalls selling food n drinks, water sport also available.. our family has spent a good one hour relaxing dip in the sea water with shade in the morning.. overall a pleasant and satisfying stay in this resort.

Strategic location, very close to the beach & many local stalls along the road... The room was so-so. Uncomfy bed....

Very very bad ever
No good Wi-Fi and always getting lose.
🦟Mosquitoes so big and so many everywhere..
Bed are useless and smelly.. High humidity..
TV astro only 1-2 working and not clear
Bathroom no hot water.. Almost cold... Tank not working all broken..
Swimming pool dirty no water ckean I guess not cleaned up long time ago.
Horrible experience I can't miss to inform anybody going to there be prepared to horror movie.. Like residence 😈evil
But food OK delicious... And good friendly managers....

Very Convenient. The room is okay. Spacious. Very near to the beach and food stall at teluk nipah. And also duty free shops and groceries.

The room and staff is good, it's just u need to walk about 200 meter to go to the Beach,the transport van are late, if you are a couple, better rent a motorcycle, if you with family, you have to face it, rent car is good, but it's not easy to get a parking
