Acappella Suite Hotel in Shah Alam

Pros:
Booked deluxe queen suite. Room was spacious, two queen beds, linens all clean and fresh. Got bath tub, kids enjoyed much.
Free parking, near to all sorts of attractions and facilities.

Cons:
Dirty dusty floor till feet all gone black, I mopped the floor (whole room!) myself using the bathroom floor mat given, then I wash the mat clean again *sigh*. The aircond cover was opened, exposing the filter all that. The bathroom floor was dirty with dust from the aircond service. The bath tub was dirty with yellowish powder *don't know what was it*. Again, I clean the bath tub myself before my kids play in it. The room smells from cigarettes smoke, but its a non smoking room?! Don't know whether it came from the aircond or from the neighboring rooms, my kid got a fever after that 😮‍💨 the curtain are dirty with stains.

Tried to complain to the front desk during check out but the staff seems not interested to listen. So I guess I'll just put it here 🤷
