Casa Mutiara Service Apartment in Kuala Lumpur

Room is dirty bed sheets had staines and hair , we asked for new bed sheets no response, I kept having breathing difficulty and cough and after few days I discovered black mold behind the curtains , this is not acceptable this is a biohazard and can affect peoples health I wish there is routine checkups and deep cleaning and hygiene care , I would never book There again but writing that maybe something will change and I could help others.

It is very disappointing that management has left the AC in the lower lobby broken for such a long time. All residents are forced to wait for the elevators in extreme heat, which is unacceptable. Considering the steady profits from high occupancy and frequent Airbnb guests, there is no reasonable excuse not to fix this essential facility. Please take immediate action to repair the AC and ensure basic comfort for everyone. This negligence reflects poorly on the reputation of the property.

Not a good experience. We arrived at 6am due to taking the overnight bus, when we got to the apartment block we were faced with security who didn’t have the details of our booking and wouldn’t let us into the apartment even though we had confirmed via WhatsApp we were arriving early and that we would be able to store our bags. Eventually after waiting we were taken to store our bags however this was not a secure luggage storage area as described on booking.com. We then went out for breakfast and upon return were again refused entry to the apartment block by security as they had changed over, we were told to call our agent who wasn’t responding to us at all, we were unable to get to our bags or use the facilities as we weren’t given a fob which all of the doors required to gain access. The pool is not as pictured it is run down and there was work ongoing. Overall everyone was rude and unhelpful that we spoke to and we were going round in circles. It took a number of hours to receive contact from anyone who could help us.

Once we finally received assistance we got into our room early and following this it was nice.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you need to store luggage or are arriving before check in time at 3pm.

We hired two room apartments. After arriving had to wait outside the guard house with our luggage. No one relieved us even after showing documents to guard room. People there unfriendly. Finally a guy with t shirt n short came n took us in. He doesn't know the room with the key belongs to. We suppose to stay at a studio apartment till 2pm. The studio apartment is horrible.
Finally at two we moved to the apartment we supposed to stay. It's spacious. Cupboards don't have glass on it's door. Water leaking at toilet. TVs in the apartment not usable. All local channels. Can't even use our own HDD on tv. They say free internet. But we couldn't get it. Asked for help but the guy didn't come. I don't recommend staying here unless you are ready to face dissatisfaction.
