Firstly, no Wi-Fi and complain from the first day until check out still don’t send technical people to fix, every time chat the contacts at least 2 hours reply but after ask , nothing to do!
Second, hair dryer intermittent and have burns smell, TV has no function, just for decoration only! Half of the remote control like fan; air conditioner already out of batteries, need to buy by ourselves.
The sink was stuck can’t drain out the water, terrible rubbish popping out from the drain hole with awful smell and disgusting.
Sofa, when sit on, seems want to collapse and the celling fan extremely noisy
Basically, we just living I an apartment but no any support and follow up! No maintenance, no service, no repairs and also very impolite!
I will not recommend this apartment to anyone know me, also not recommend my friends not through Trip. com to booking hotels or flight bcs 2 cases in Japan Yamagater In Dec and Singapore airport hotel refund still not yet settled!!!!
Extremely disappointed to trip. com, so bad and passive to follow up my cases, Therefore the so call Hotel also the same!
