Alami Garden Hotel in Shah Alam

Really bad experience.

We are travelling by bicycle, so far for 11 months. Every time, the hotel offers to park the bike in the reception, in a protected room or parking lot, or inside our room.

This time, the receptionist talked to the owner and offered us two options:
1)Park the bicycle in the street
2)Cancel the reservation (it was dark outside and my wife was already taking a shower)

The only reason they helped us it was because I chose to cancel the reservation. They let us park the bike in a very safe room next door, with no people and lots of space. That is exactly what the other hotels do, but it took them 1 hour and very, very bad disposition.

Also the room is small and smells bad, and lots of noise

Friendly staff, but that’s it. The bed is extremely hard and caused serious back pain. I couldn’t sleep properly. The toilet is a big no, and the elevator is very small. Not a comfortable stay at all.

The customer service need improve
The tomboy need to learn more how to communicate to people,the Malay guy in morning shift with smart clothing need to improve he's communication.
Don't work with money only work with sincerity and treat people with kindness and respect.
