I stayed at this hotel recently. Overall, the hotel itself is good and I had a comfortable stay. However, I accidentally left my blazer in the room after checking out. I called the hotel several times but unfortunately, I did not receive any response from the staff. This lack of cooperation and communication was disappointing. A little more responsibility from the management regarding lost and found items would make the service much better.

The behavior and cooperation of the staff were not up to the mark. I expected better hospitality, but unfortunately, the service quality was disappointing. Improvement is definitely needed in terms of staff training and guest support.

Have always ordered delivery from here and the delivery guy is always friendly. Will honk a few times and call you. I dine in once and it was a good experience as well. The staff was friendly and the food comes quite fast.
