Have dinner here a couple of times in the past year. Find the food to be average at best, with ajinomoto added to enhance taste. As for parking you need to drive up a steep ramp, stop at the middle (with hand brake applied) to collect parking ticket from machine, and continue upwards. Definitely not an exercise for beginner drivers! Otherwise your car might roll downwards to give you some cold sweaty moments!

Overpriced but with wide Saturday evening buffet selection. Compliments to their hygiene factors and staff. Careful with their very expensive parking in basement.

Hilton PJ has been around for the longest time & been the most upmarket estate in PJ since my school days. When one mentions having dined in Paya Serai or Genji, it's big. Had countless birthday celebrations in Genji over the years. Before many non-hotel Japanese buffet restaurants popped up, Genji was king. Pride for freshest & most varieties of sashimi & sushi, teriyaki eel, tempura & teppanyaki.

Dined once last year, was sort of disappointed with the quality. After another try this year, told myself to avoid completely. Imagine fishy & mushy sashimi..complete turn off. Sushi unappetising. Tempura shrimp, 50% batter that was heavy. Eel, rarely refilled & not as fresh too. Teppanyaki, just like stir fried meat. Pickled seaweed, jellyfish & octopus, gooey..sigh..

Sorry, not going back.
