This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, with so many complimentary items provided. The hotel staff also took note of my request to celebrate our anniversary, which made our stay even more special.
My children absolutely loved staying here. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious.
We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Kuala Lumpur. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The sevice was top notch. From the moment we arrived, we are well welcomed by friendly and helpful staff.
The ambiance within the hotel is calm and serene. The breakfast is always top on my list of best breakfast in kl.
The only downside for me was my bed is a bit tough (less comfy) and the toilet comes without a bidet + large towel 😅
Other thing would be perfect. Hoping for a near return with a newly refurbished room and hotel and better facilities. Thanks 😊

We stay here everytime we’re in KL. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast is a must cos there’s so much variety. The humongous shopping mall just below the hotel is the best part! Shop till you drop and just go up to your room and rest! And if you’re hungry, just call for room-service. The food is great! The lobby lounge is also a great place to relax over a cocktail and listen to the wonderful live singing!

This is my first time staying at the One World Hotel, which is recommended by my friend. It’s a very grand and clean 5-Stars hotel, which is located away from the usual busy Bukit Bintang. The hotel is directly link to the 1-Utama shopping mall, which is very convenient if you need to buy or eat anything. Upon arrival, there is bellboy helped to load the luggage and placed aside till check-in. The service is fast and efficient. The check-in is hassle free. However, it is not for the check-out, as you need to join together in the same queue as those who check-in. There is no quick and fast self check-out.
The room comes with two Queen beds, which is good and ideal for a family stay. It is clean and tidy. It also comes with some complimentary drinks, snacks and also bathtub which my kids love to bath in.
For the breakfast, it is just located directly near the lift at a lower floor after the lobby. The spread is amazing, the quality of the food is great and it tastes really nice and delicious. One of the highlight is the prata, which is freshly made on the spot and it is crispy and tasty. Next is the pastry, especially the Pain au chocolat, the chocolate is so rich and creamy. Likewise for the buttery croissant. They do sell them in their bakery too. It is definitely a breakfast not to be missed!
They have amazing swimming pools which has the normal usual one and another is for the kids to play in.
The overall experience is great and we have a wonderful time staying in One World Hotel. We will definitely come back again next time. Thank you One World!

2nd visit to this hotel. Very conveniently located next to 1 Utama shopping mall. Few minutes walk to MRT 🚇🚊🚉 station. Service n staff are all great !!

I've been a regular at One World Hotel for many years now. However, this time they have allocated a room that seems to be poorly maintained. The bed was hard, not comfortable to sleep in. The shower was leaking, the shower door unable to close tightly and the sink seems to be clogged. On top of that, they assigned me a room at level 5, facing directly the swimming pool, which causes alot of noise into our room. I'm rather disappointed that the reservation team does not seem to recognise their returning guest. I expected better... perhaps I should stop returning to this hotel...

This is a wonder hotel to stay at, it's right next to the biggest mall in KL - 1Utama with all the shops you will need. It's located in PJ, not in Bukit Bintang or downtown. It has a huge swimming pool and it's a spacious room with 2 double beds. Very reasonable price as well. Concierge are great and helpful!

This is a nice place for peranakan food and the price is not as expensive as other peranakan restaurants. Everything is generally a bit spicy.
