Exceptional place to stay in Maldives, we extended our holiday for another week after seeing the resort. Normally Maldives resorts are very small in nature due to being an island concept. The D Island experiences rougher waves, and the rooms are more densely packed than on F Island. To be honest, the landscaping and overall maintenance aren't as good as F Island, which opened earlier and has more spacious layouts, including separate living rooms.
