We enjoyed our breakfast and dinners at Matheefaru and Shahid took great care of us. He is excellent at his job. Thank you for having him be here to make our dining experience the best.

We had a 10 night stay at Hideaway Beach Resort in March and everything was more than perfect! Everybody was so nice and extremely kind! They took great care of us in every possible way. It was like belonging to a big kind family and we felt very welcomed from day one. From house keeping to manager, everybody treated us with great kindness and good care. The hospitality manager Delia who was always checking up on us and having great conversations with us, the nice serving lady named Ari at Oasis who always made sure everything was perfect for us and also the reservations supervisor Rahul who organized this amazing stay for us and many more! Especially our butler Mira was the nicest and was always helping us with absolutely everything! Mira was always there for us no matter what with great support, kindness and great professionalism. The house keeping was also absolutely excellent. Every little detail was taken care of and everything was always spotless. They always worked with great discretion and always respecting our privacy. The food was also absolutely excellent in every restaurant. Last but not least the whole resort was so beautiful and taken care of from the stunning beach to every single flower. We absolutely loved every detail about our stay and will absolutely come again soon! A big thank you to everyone for everything and we wish all the best to the whole staff and team!

My stay was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters, soft white sand, and a sense of calm that’s hard to find anywhere else. The overwater villa experience was a dream—waking up to the sound of gentle waves and having direct access to the ocean felt surreal.

The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

As you can imagine, the quintessential day dream , we all have , is being on a beautiful tropical island. Well this is pretty much what you get , when visiting the Hideaway resort. White sand beaches, turquoise blue sea and so many tropical fish, it really is paradise. Location Travelling to hideaway is around 1 hour and 15 mins in a sea plane , when arriving for your transfer in Male. I would say it was a little chaotic at the main international airport , however we were directed to our check in for the internal flight , with clear instructions. Accommodation We were greeted by the smiling staff and quickly met by our allocated butler , Madjeed, who checked us into our stunning villa, constructed right in the ocean with the most amazing views. Probably the most spacious accommodation we have stayed in with our own plunge pool. If I had to be slightly critical , I would say that things are a little tired in places , however it weirdly adds to the charm. Rooms are absolutely spotless and well equipped. Two push bikes were situated at our villa, which we used most days to get around. There are buggies to pick you up, if required. Facilities Not vast amount of choices, given the island is small , BUT the Buffett was great with lots of choice for breakfast and I would recommend Samsara , where you can choose a good array of East Asian cuisine. Whilst there are few restaurants, the quality is good and there is choice on the menu. A stunning location, offering a good service & very friendly staff. We will return in the future .

We have returned to Signature Beach Residence with Pool again! Over the past time, our butler Anastasia, chef Jaydev and his team have not forgotten our taste preferences and habits. Thank you for a wonderful stay and feeling at home. The weather at this time of the year is perfect.

The Hideaway is a gorgeous and spacious resort with some wonderful features. Here are a few impressions from our stay: Absolutely perfect service and fantastic food: the main restaurant „Matheefaru“ Special mention must go to restaurant manager Safar, who creates a special experience with his entire team. Everyone is extremely friendly, fulfills every wish, is always attentive, and makes you feel like a special guest. Special thanks also to Shahid, who was always there for us. The food in the main restaurant is also exceptional. There is a different theme every evening with countless live cooking stations. The selection and quality leave nothing to be desired. The North African and Indian themes were particularly delicious. The breakfast is also excellent – with everything your heart desires. A huge compliment to the chef and the whole team. The villas are beautiful and spacious. The room service couldn't be better: friendly, very neat, and always with a little surprise. The special nature of the island is amazing. The natural channel that runs through the atoll right in front of the island is something special. It offers a unique snorkeling experience: a beautiful coral reef, eagle rays, turtles, reef sharks, and dolphins—all right in front of your own beach. The spa area, staffed exclusively by therapists from Bali, is fantastic. The sundowner Happy-Hour at the Sundown Pool Bar is another must-do! It was a wonderful vacation, made especially memorable by the exceptionally wonderful people and staff. However, there are a few small things that could be improved and which unfortunately do not quite match the otherwise 5-star service: The maintenance of the facilities could be improved, e.g. the bridge over the main pool definitely needs to be painted. Here and there, the furniture should be replaced or better maintained. In the spa, some of the pools are unfortunately in poor condition. Unfortunately, the diving center was disappointing, as it does not have any local dive guides and therefore no special local knowledge. In addition, the management should make guests much more aware of the need to protect nature (e.g., not walking on the coral, etc.). The Indian/Asian specialty restaurant Samsara was also rather disappointing in terms of quality and Variety. The Main Restaurant was much better. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful island offering many wonderful experiences

We had such a great time at the resort! When we landed in Malé, someone was already waiting for us at the airport. He helped with our bags and took us to the lounge while we waited for our flight, which made everything feel really easy from the start. The resort itself was amazing. The food was delicious at every restaurant we tried. We stayed in a Deluxe Water Villa with Pool, and it was cleaned twice a day—always spotless. The island was beautiful too, with some incredible spots for snorkelling. Our host, Esraa, was fantastic. She was warm, attentive, and super helpful with organising our bookings and activities. It really made the whole experience even better.

Had an amazing stay! Loved the scuba diving and snorkeling, the room was great, and the service was excellent. Big thanks to my butler Thoriq — super friendly and really helpful. Made the trip even better!

The beach house suite design has a huge outdoor jacuzzi 🛀, plenty of adapters, and good privacy on the beach. If you don't play in the water, the beach house is more cost-effective than the water house.
