Shower head broken, TV didnt work, credit card machine didnt work to pay bill at the end so had to go get cash. Shonky place.

Very good location, close to the Marina with colorful boats, a place for a quiet holiday away from the noise of Saint. Julians
I'm surprised all the restaurants here.. where you can not hear music at all.. silence.. silence ..the drinks, the other calm prevailed than elsewhere so far :)

Hear on the bads from previous client. Smelly rooms. Really rude owner who works as driver and receptions and manager. One morning receptionist lady was shouting and swearing at cleaners and using bad words about their families.words that I can't reped here

The owner was great at customer service. We called unexpectedly from the airport and he was there in 15 minutes to take us to his hotel, and the return trip was also included. Close to the airport, lots of restaurants, a sidewalk bazaar.

Amazing suit with huge terrace, nice breakfast and food price. Still, they promise us to go breakfast and did not provided.

Rooms are not clean, something is always breaking down, such as connector, entrance door, the door in the room can not be opened fully. No place to sit down to the toilet!!! Small and the window which is giving view to an other wall makes the room dark, always!!! The rooms are not noise insulated, thus if somebody is opening the main door that i can hear!
The music in the staff less reception is playing from 6 to 23, thus I can hear evrything. Breakfast is mainly sweets!

Great little hotel close to the port of Marsaxlokk. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is super clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Free pick-up and drop-off from and to the airport. Breakfast is average and it is quite noisy in the morning.

Food was good and the view was great, but the service could have been better

Location is very convenient! We stayed on the 4th floor which had a huge balcony which overlooked the coast. Communication was clear and they even offered a free shuttle service to the airport.

This place is well located and the cleaning staff is good but the owners are never there and don’t care about their hotel. They are out there for the money and nothing else.
The morning after my day I spoke to se of the cleaning staff who told me they do everything because the owners are never around. From helping with customers’ questions to handing them cab service numbers.
The hotel reception is always empty and their phone doesn’t work.
This is a place run by terrible people who care about nothing else than your money, so if you care an ounce about something like this, go elsewhere and spend your hard-earned money on a place that has good ethics and respects their customers.
