The location, swimming pool is awesome. Nice cadre with parking facilities. Rooms are also clean and ac.
However, where it fails is customer service and food quality and variety. Restaurant service is also awful.
So if you want to spend a nice time there, bring your own drinks and eat in restaurants around there are pretty good ones near the beach

Very Disappointed No proper welcome. Half kids pool is not functioning where my kids couldn't enjoy. Even they were paintings where same can affects the health of my kids Hotel seem to be renovated. Lots of noise drilling etc.. Disturbe our peace of enjoyment. If we would know we would not come. No activities only pool, pool was dirty lots of dead insects. On the top of this purpose of the day uses was celebrating my husband birthday which has become a fiasco. I have requests a cake upon reservation nothing was given. All resume as a garbage day specifically to please my love one.

Amazing stay!!! 🤩 Saying this only because of the beauty this hotel holds. However, being an Indian, we are used to room service,
there was no such facility provided at this hotel. Even the landline provided was not working. So do consider this before booking.

The hotel is a beautiful place and offers affordable rates for residents,making it a great option for a relaxing stay. However the restaurant facilities needs improvement. Additionally customer service is poor guests are required to fetch their own snacks and drinks which can be inconvenient for some guests.

Overall the stay is enjoyable.

Everything was good but I was disappointed with the rooms we were allocated. There are many beautiful rooms but I feel discriminated as a Mauritian although I paid a high price for my stay for the room I received

One of the worst vacation I've ever experienced in my life since now. Very bad hospitality. Very bad customer care. Mr Charles had made our stay, one of the worst that we have experienced since now. Not professional in his approach. He needs lots of training.

Excellent customer service. The senior staff members who have been with the hotel for many years show remarkable professionalism and kindness. I always look forward to seeing them during my future stays. The newer staff could certainly learn from them — a warm smile, kindness, and genuine courtesy make all the difference in creating a pleasant stay.

Regarding the rooms, it depends on the type. I wasn’t particularly satisfied with the Superior Bedroom, as it lacked proper window tiles. I personally prefer rooms with tiles that allow natural light to come in during the day while still offering privacy from outside. The other rooms have been satisfactory so far.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, conveniently close to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants.

Wonderful atmosphere, clean and comfortable, the people there are helpful. The breakfasts are not that great but the staff are very accommodating, every single person there are willing to make your day. Especially Neetu Swasti, and others. Kantee was the most helpful person drawing accurate maps to places to visit very accurately, amazing person, 👏 our whole experience was amazing 👏

Stay there in 16 to 18 Aug 2025 for 2 nights. Upon arrival the checkin was OK. Then I went at Restaurant to request for over boiled food for baby of 2 year old. The Restaurant lady there was rude and arrogant not even a greeting. Dinner buffet food very limited for a 3 star hotel. No customer service and greeting,Since my checkin I saw a manager /Director or whom ever he is ,he dont even greet or smile at you, he just stares at you,like you are there for free. Very disappointed. Not worst to be a 3 star .Ensuring guest security is very crucial. The electric cable is very low hanging.which is very dangerous for children.

Authentic chinese sichuan food! And also unfortunately authentic chinese service. If you don't know what you are looking for, you will be lost. Menu in Chinese was handed and order was made in Mandarin, although good to know that an english version exists.
