The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. The two elevators are working and the view is pretty cool as per my seven years old. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food, fruit and drinks. We like the old stile decorations. The pool is indoors and at a good temperature. Oh I almost forgot, they have a small church in the back. Over all we really liked out stay and recommend this hotel.

As a platinum elite member, I got the worst room close to the hotel corridor on the first floor. There’s no sound insulation at all and you can hear almost everything happening in the hotel, people talking, cleaning cart moving, elevator moving, etc. The bedding was not comfortable and I could only sleep 5-6 hours per night. I would not recommend it.

I stayed at this location Holiday inn Express for 9 days . Front desk staff was very helpful. The food is delicious 🥑🥝 🍎🥐🥯🥚🥓🍗🥩☕ they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable . Love the environment I was always greet it with a smile. The cleaning lady on the first floor is super nice. Securities are also super nice. This place is nice and clean. I really recommend this place. The buffet staff was great they will make anything you like if they have it in the kitchen with a smile with no hesitation great staff all the way . I love it . I really recommend this place.

🚨Be careful with SCAMS, our group made an online reservation on the IHG page and they didn’t respect it, they charged us almost 10,000 pesos more, in addition to the fact that it is an old hotel, with obsolete decoration and outdated wall paper, only 1 very slow elevator, lack of hygiene... I had a very unpleasant experience: they left me a folded towel and when I dried my face it had bloody toothpaste 🩸 it disgusted me so much🤮
Breakfast: is low quality, I only had boiled eggs and toast.
Location: is completely outside the beautiful downtown, i regretted not trusting the little hotels downtown cause I didn’t want to get scammed and I still got scammed in a holiday inn 🫠
I do not recommend this hotel, take your money somewhere else.

Overall it's good, relatively simple but clean. The hotel breakfast is not too rich, but I don't mind it. The hotel is located a little far from the tourist center of Guanajuato's old town. Friends who want to visit tourist attractions conveniently should consider it carefully. .

I have to say my husband and I had a wonderful stay here. We only made a reservation for 1 night but we loved it so much that we ended up staying another night. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. If you have a problem in the room they send someone right away or put you in another room. Frond desk staff is great, Raul one of the maintenance men is a charming man and so helpful in every way. The hotel is a little outdated especially the bathrooms and but the rooms are very spacious. Other than that is very clean all around. We are really happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Guanajuato.

Guanajuato is really beautiful. The hotel is also very nice. The service attitude is very good. The wallet was lost in the hotel and was only found the next day. Contacted the hotel and I went back to find it. I didn't expect to find it back, but unexpectedly, it returned to the original owner. The hotel is very reliable and the breakfast is very good.
