My stay at the Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace Ulaanbaatar was fantastic! I stayed in a Deluxe King Room from November 11th to 18th, and it exceeded my expectations. Regarding hygiene and environment, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities were brand new, and the window offered an expansive view. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they paid close attention to details. The facilities were comprehensive, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The automatic sensor light in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, as were the daily complimentary welcome fruits and six bottles of mineral water. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and the taste was excellent – great value for money. The location is superb, with specialty shops and restaurants right outside, making travel convenient. Overall, the hotel excels in hygiene, service, and facilities, making it an ideal choice for business travel. I highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable hotel. Good service. Everything you need was there in the hotel. Breakfast was varied.

Stayed for five nights. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast selection excellent evening meals were also good. Food service during evening very slow. Staff were polite with excellent English speaking skills. 30 min walk to centre of city. Good value for money whether for business or pleasure.

This hotel was not as grand as we remembered of Kempinski Hotels, and in fact felt a little dated. Especially the twin-bed room which had an odd layout. But it was comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were very helpful and professional. We ate one night in the hotel and food was good.

The hotel is about 2km from the square. You can walk it (about 30 mins) but it is also to get a UBcab anywhere using the app.

We decided to book room due to established name and promo price due to ongoing renovation at the hotel. Room was big but amenities were dated. Bed was not too comfortable. There are good food outlets and a hypermart nearby. Concierge staff were engaging and keen to serve needs; but not too well versed on places of interest or where visitors might like to visit.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are big and the staff are very friendly. All staff speak fluent English. The breakfast is excellent and delicious. The food in the other restaurants in the hotel is also very tasty, and the food service is at a very high level. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone,
