The rooms are nice and well kept. The beds were surprisingly hard for a luxury 5 star hotel. We did not sleep very well on them. For me, comfort is the most important. The best mall in Mongolia. A good place for entertainment, shopping and dining. The hotel is right. Close to the Lunapark and the central square.

Currently the best hotel in UB. Excellent service, well appointed rooms, excellent facilities. The Chinese restaurant is good & so is the cafe.

Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel

The location is excellent right at the center of the city. The room is good although rather old and some signs of down grade. Service is so so, but their English not really good. Breakfast is rather poor with very few options. The elevator is not secured all. Only one cabin needs a key card to operate while others don't need it.

Favourite thing about this hotel is that it’s right next door to a 2 storey Gobi cashmere store.

I visited only a conference room, so, I know nothing about room service, kitchen and other similar things. The location is good, bcs the hotel is landing in the center of the capital city in 100-150 m from the central square. On the other hand, sometimes I guess it makes some problems with traffic and parking.

The Blue Sky Hotel and Tower

The only reason I gave 4 stars for this hotel is because they have the big sauna room with lots of jacuzzi. The room is decent, the air con is noisy, and it can't be turned off. The service is also decent. The breakfast option and variety don't represent the 5 stars hotel. But the location is quite strategic, in front of the Chingis Khan square. Updates: it is noisy! The room insulation is not good...

If you stay on a high floor, you can enjoy the city view of Ulaanbataar. To be frank, it is better than Best Western, considering its accommodation fee.

I booked a deluxe room on the 16th floor. I stayed there a one night. And it’s overpriced for their service and everything. The room didn’t even come with a bath I could use it was broken. And I tried to turn off the lights but didn’t find it so had to pull out the key. Their cleaning service is bad because I opened my mini bar and saw half-empty chocolate. They probably didn’t clean some areas that...

Centrally located Hotel in Ulanbator. Service is good but in-room dining food options are limited. Room prices are on higher side. Overall good hotel to stay for business travellers as all major work places are located nearby.

Sid not stay here but went to the cafe on the 23rd flr. Very normal feel to it and nothing special . It was a winter's day and at 5pm visibility was not there. As expected prices were high but we came for the experience. Wont rush back here ..nothing special . Very overpriced

Fantastic stay! Staff at check in was extremely kind, rooms were spacious, modern and featured all the amenities you would expect, including a mini bar!

Nice restoran, but sometimes forget about clients. Guy on the reception desk said, that Holidayinn doesn't have a transfer to the airport. I ordered a taxi. Slightly noisy because of the road below the windows. It is not a good idea to open the windows.

Helpful and kind staff. Very near to the national museum and buddist Temples so we had the opportunity to see have that experience with local people despite our very limited spare time. Not exaxtly in the center but very close. And it takes the same time walking that 1.5 km and going by car due to the heavy traffic in the region. Rooms are wide enough and comfortable. Good coffee and breakfast. Totally...

Nice modern hotel. Walking distance to Sukhbaatar Square and famous temple complex.

So often stayed in this hotel on 2010 until 2011... Very good hotel...good service And good restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is also located in the Central of the capital City Ulaan Baatar... So its really good And easy tp go around for any restaurant And bar also to the any shopping center or mall.

Good location, slightly faded decor and friendly staff. Easy to change money. Food decent. Shower didn't work particularly well, but enjoyed all the Mongolian sports channels.

Nice place for organising workshops with friendly and professional staff.

Hotel is good. Location is excellent. Breakfast is poor, 5 star hotel could offer bigger choice and better customer care.

Although the building itself was old, food was good, clean and looked nice. I am vegan and compared to other places the food was more healthy.

Great location right off Sukhbataar square, friendly staff, clean and generally cosy. But they really need to deal with temperature in the rooms - e.g. I would have appreciated a way of turning down the heat instead of opening the window as it smelled of coal outside.

Great place for a massage or relaxation. Well priced and great service.

1. Though, the price is not cheap compared to other local saunas, there is not any drinking water and body scrubber. At least, should provide 800ml bonaqua water, and body scrubber which was selling as 5000 tugrik. 2. There isn't any clock in main sauna hall, which make is difficult to measure my time in spa rooms.

Good spa but they have a no swimwear policy for the pools so be warned! Spa is on multiple floors with small pools, gym, sauna, salt rooms and many different relaxing rooms. Popular with locals. Price was 35,000 in the week for entry which was cheaper than Sangri La. Massages reasonably priced too. This place is amazing! To me, it's a great spot to go alone, enjoying finnish, salt and hammam sauna, some food and some beers.They don't offer private sauna rooms for private parties, but Worth doing!

Good service, beautiful interior and exterior designs and decorations, very relaxing and overall just beautiful. Can get a bit pricy but it's totally worth it.

This is very good place to relax. If you visit there , you can enjoy Fin sauna, Steam sauna, hot and cold water, pool with auto massage , thai and mongolian massage, european and asian good meal, himalayn salt relaxing room, and there is also 4 star hotel rooms, and fitness club..If you stay at hotel, you can get sale 50 percent to get Soyol wellness center, and 100 percent sale from fitness center...

Home away from home. They are Friendly, diligent and courteous people. I cannot stay in any other hotel than this whenever I am in Mongolia. They won my heart with their infectious friendliness. 🎁

Very upscale hotel with large luxurious rooms and outstanding service. Enjoyed all 3 restaurants, laundry service, transfer from/to airport. Special thanks to staff member Emmy who went out of her way to assure we had a fun visit to the Naran Tuul "Black Market."

I completed a 21 day quarantine here. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. The fried rice was a favorite meal of mine. The breakfast was great and had plenty of options. They also served hand squeezed orange juice... delicious.. I stayed in the junior deluxe room and a royal room. Even gave me a laminated certificate at the end. Thank you for great service.

Tucked away from easy access to the city centre. Supposedly not an old building, but the door to the room we were offered didn't close or lock, electric lights didn't work. The young man spoke no English and would have left us there if the French chef hadn't chanced along and organised a change of room. Final room was not very clean but at least the door and lights worked. OK on a budget but for little...

I booked the hotel for my colleague. To his experience, he always had to ask for small things to be replaced like shampoos and things. The sculptures in the lobby is creepy and weird. Honestly, they don't help them to get more guests. I've been there few times to pick my colleague and everytime I found it empty and dead. My colleague said he won't be returning.
