The accommodation was great, but I felt the breakfast wasn't very tasty.

I stayed there with my toddler. This was our second visit, as we chose it for a staycation escape from the long winter. The rooms did not have air purifiers or humidifiers, which made the air extremely dry. Both my child and I experienced constant static in our hair throughout our stay. We also suffered from dry nasal congestion, including blood streaks in the mucus. Another factor that may have contributed...

Good place to stay. Service is good though people at the restaurant could be more proactive. We wait for 1 hour before realizing the kitchen forgot our order. Front desk guy was really nice and helpful.

Great place, would stay again.

The second stay here wasn't as smooth as the first time. When i arrived, there was no electricity, which meant i had to go up and down to ask someone to help me open the door every time i left the room. Also, even though i booked a massage session at 8:30 pm to spend some time in the sauna beforehand, i was reminded about the massage and pushed to have it starting from 8 pm. Couldn't really relax....

The public bath would be a high end one even in Japan with its wood finish (although the rocks for the bath itself would not be so obviously fake). The breakfast is also impressive as is the service level. This is a bit on the pricy side for an older building, however, at least in summer.

The Hotel has seen quite a few years. However, it did age very well and is very good maintained. I enjoyed it more than the Hotel I stayed at before, which was 3 times more expensive.

Paid for rooms with breakfast but 1 one the days I went down there were no breakfast service in the hall. Was told to order and they will send it up. End up my breakfast never came and I had to call and complain but the lady over the phone just hanged up on me. Last time patronising this hotel

The room was clean, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff could communicate in English and were very patient and helpful with any questions or issues I had.

The room isn't very big and the decor is a bit old-fashioned. My biggest complaint is the hairdryer; it's an old model with very weak airflow, making it quite difficult to use. On the positive side, the hotel service is excellent, and communication in English is seamless. They can assist with calling taxis and other requests. Many tourists stay here, and the breakfast selection is quite good.

The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and its location is great. Many city attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was decent, and the views were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel had a separate breakfast area exclusively for Korean guests, and others weren't allowed in. I would have really liked to try it.

This hotel was recommended by my Mongolian colleagues, and it's excellent value for money. It's cheaper than the hotel next door, but the quality is much better! Mongolia in December is absolutely freezing, I was shivering the whole time!!

Very nice hotel. Very clean and good service. The rooms are fine. Not over the top but clean with lots of amenities. The AC didn’t work super well in our room but we survived. The restaurant food is quite good and the rooftop level bar was a lot of fun. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely loved it! On the first day, they even upgraded our room to one with a living room. The furniture style was exactly to my taste. Highly recommend! The environment and hygiene were also excellent, and there's a bus stop right outside, making transportation super convenient. Plus, there's a supermarket next door!

Nice hotel in the heat of Ulaanbaatar. They are one of the very old well maintained hotel. Everything was nice during my stay except they missed to do room service and it seems like a oversight by the service incharge. After complaining with reception they immediately arranged for it. So kudos to their revellers service.

The hotel is quite nice. Location is superb and you are within walking distance from most sites to visit. My main complaint is about the restaurant staff. The food is good and their traditional Mongolian dishes quite delicious but the service is extremely very slow and unmotivated. There might be 4-5 people standing around but you will still need to wait 20 mins before someone even brings you the menu...

Stayed here for three nights during the winter, while it was -40°C outside the hotel was warm and cosy. I was well looked after by the exceptionally kind and observant staff. Any issues which did arise were quickly and professionally dealt with.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Ulanbataar Hotel. Location is center you can go anywhere by foot. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Fantastic. Got in late and met a guy from New Zealand who helped me out. Met connections from Australia completely by accident which hope will lead to job interviews. Close to city centre. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are not 5 star but suited needs and the staff do everything to make you comfortable. I took advantage of the gym and the sauna and also used the breakfast restaurant. Good location, easy to walk to many places in UB. Hotel restaurant and Cafe are both good and offer a range of local and international food. Hotel staff are fantastic and make the stay here worth it. Rooms are worn and outdated, takes a long time for the water to run hot.

A pretty decent hotel. Great location and it was very easy communicating with the staff. They were quite helpful. The room was very large for the price we paid, but it could use some updating and cosmetic touch-ups. Due to COVID, we weren't able to experience the whole thing, but overall it was a good experience in a great location.

Overall was good. I just experienced dirty toilet sponge. After my Mongolian friend called reception and requested to replace with a brand new sponge it wasn’t done. So I just bought a bleach in Emart store. All good after using a bleach.👍

Conveniently located along Ulaanbaatar's central avenue, near the Bayanzurkh district. Nearby are E-Mart, Narantuul, and Sunday. Parking is available for the hotel's guests (pay per hour) on the building's - 2nd ground floor. The breakfast selection is very limited during the off-peak season.

It’s about 25 min walking from the main square. The breakfast has only few options and it’s expensive. The laundry is extremely expensive and the staff was not upfront about it, giving me no choice

The service was super, Ms Nara was extremely helpful, when my husband noticed only 2 bottles of water, Ms Nara immediately came back with 4 bottles plus a welcoming drink coupon. She also provided us info about the festival. When we left, she helped us to get taxi and told driver the destination in local language.  Food in 2nd floor restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Good location, breakfast and dinner by Floor 2 restaurant are yummy. One dinner I was charged to room, when checking out, the hotel almost forgot to charge me. Uber and taxi service are unreliable. Hotel staff was helpful and eventually was able to locate a taxi to the airport. Location is great, right in the center of UB. However, we had to pay an additional 30 USD for a second person even though we had booked a TWIN BEDROOM (with two single beds). Not only was this inexplicable, it was also not shown in the price list we were presented. This had a price of 25 USD per night. So, if you plan to stay with two people in the room, consider another hotel - there are five star...

I've stayed at the White House three times now. The room is spacious and well heated, it has a bathtub, they provide bathrobes, there's a fantastic Korean restaurant on the first floor, and it's in the heart of the city. The best hotel in UB, as far as I'm concerned.

We only stayed for a couple of hours in this hotel, as we had just gotten in from Russia on train, and we were due to leave the city for the Gobi Desert later that morning. Based on our short time there, I would have to say that the hotel was nice and clean (the shower/bathroom setup was a godsend), and a decent breakfast downstairs (Korean) before we left the hotel.
