The room is nice but for some reason the hot water is only available from 9-11pm!!!???
This was not advertised when we booked our 2 nights and we were not informed until after we checked in and of course it's a "NO REFUND POLICY"
I have never been to a hotel (I've stayed at many) on my travels around the world that has this?
When people are on vacation they like to relax and not have to worry about having to rotate their schedule around the hot water usage times.
Plus a hot shower in the morning or/and afternoon is always a nice thing as when on vacation you have the time to do so.
Also checkout time is 12pm so how are people supposed to have a shower if the only time the hot water is available is from 9-11pm.
TV is broken as well with colour disfigaritions across the screen.
Most of the staff are very rude and seem like they just do not care?
Coffee at the breakfast buffet was cold and no salt and pepper on the table.
I work at a hotel in my own country so I know bad service and standards when I see them.
The hotel resturant/bar is good though with good reasonably priced food and beer and the servers were okay but the male toilets in the restaurant do not lock as they are broken so if you wanted to take a number 2 good luck.
They prepared lunch box for early check out.
