It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

Great place we were looking forward to. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to Covid measures. Owner showed flexibility and offered full refund. We'll book when possible again.

We had booked Villa Ruza for 4 weeks in July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date. We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel. We’re looking forward to booking again, and staying when restrictions are lifted.

I can’t say enough about this special peaceful place and its lovely hosts. The apartment itself is beautiful and the spacious terrace is glorious with the best views of the bay. Perfect apartment to stay in Perast. Very close to the beach bar and beach to go for a swim. Amazon view from the balcony over the ocean. Super friendly people who rent the place. Definitely recommend it.

Grand spot for a cheap and handy stay in Perast. Accom is a fairly average room but we were more than satisfied considering it was only €20 There's not a lot to do in Perast so if you're considering whether you should start here or not, you can probably see everything here within 2hrs max. Hosts are lovely and accomodating

We travel through Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro and this is the best spot we have found. Beautiful view Kotor's Boca and small island. Close to shops, restaurants which offer fresh and not expensive seafood. Great hosts. Highly recommended.

Great bar and restaurant very friendly staff good food

Very pleasant. Had coffee in the shade of their courtyard in the afternoon, the affogato and iced coffee were excellent. Toilets were clean.

We ate in the restaurant twice. The food is very good and compared to the other restaurants much cheaper and tastier. Nice view as well!

We were recommended this resort. The location was good and they accommodated 6 of us. We paid 40€ per couple for the beds. The weather was not the best so we were able to get the beds free the next day as we only ended up on them for an hour the first day. We were served on both days and had no issues at all. We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. The pebbles aren’t too uncomfortable, but the turquoise color seen in photos isn’t real. We ordered pizza and risotto, and both were very delicious. The cocktails were average. In total, we paid €145.

Lively beach bar with very good views of the sea. We stopped by for a bite to eat and were served quickly. The portions were generous and the cevapi was particularly good. We were hoping to stay to use the sun beds but unfortunately they were very crowded and €45 for 2 beds and an umbrella is rather expensive.

Myself & my husband visited on 30th June 2024. We were greeted by a very nice front of house young lady who took us to our beds which we hadn’t reserved. Got in at 10am and already quite busy. Beds were priced at £35 euros for 2 with umbrella. Very comfortable with thick mattress, pillow & and towel. Drinks very reasonably priced. Very clean and prompt service throughout the day. Very nice beach resort and very comfortable. The sunbeds were relaxing and staff were lovely. The only thing I could mention is that it’s very family oriented with lots of kids running around. The beach is perfect for Montenegro and the food and drinks reasonably priced.

The price for the sunbed was high but it is worth depending of the position/location it is set. We paid for two beds 30€ on the first day and in the second day 35€. The lady said that it was cheaper because in the first day was wind. The good point is that we got towels so I guess the money was worth it. The prices of drinks was too expensive. Highly recommend! Stayed with Dragutinović family last summer and have only words of praise for their hospitality and care for their guests! I also needed to work remotely part of my stay there so their place was perfect with good AC, quiet and had strong internet connection. I will definitely go back! 😊

Very nice host and wonderful place in the center of perast, the place to be in the Kotor Bay. The studio.is very large and you will feel at home. The only minus is there you can't park near the accomodation so you will need to do a bit of sport with your luggage but this is the charm of perast

Best place in Montenegro. Building after renovation, all around are new or like new but with honour to history, natural materials. Rooms are very light and comfy. Nice and helpful english, russian speaking owners. Recommended!

Perfect place for perceft vacation!

Great place to stay, the host is very friendly and it's right across the street from the beach. My only problem is the wifi which isn't the fastest, it's sufficient for webbrowsing but videostreams might occasionally need to load. My room had air-conditioning, a minibar sized refrigerator and we also had access to a kitchen with pretty much everything we needed. Would recommend for everyone who's looking...

Host was really nice, she even let us leave our stuff in the room ehile we waited for the bus, even though the check-out time is 10AM.

The building near a small beach.ln the afternooon shadows coming to beach. İf u want go somewhere for example Kotor,Budva,Tivat you need to use car or motorbike or taxi. Host was so great and helpfull.

Really nice, clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately there wasn't actual balcony as it was advertised but we only stay one night before flying back home so it wasn't a problem.

A great place to stay near Kotor . The road leading to the place is quite narrow and if you come by car it’s going to be a bit stressful during summer months .the owners are very welcoming . They even offer refreshments for free once you arrive

It is cozy, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The lady offered us tea when she welcomed. The terrace's view is great. There are two supermarkets in less then ten mins walk, and two restaurants closer than the supermarkets.

The place is very nice, with a very cozy room. Our room even had a small kitchen in it. The balcony was stunning! The host was super friendly, russian fluent speaker.

The apartments share the same terrace with fantastic view of the sea. It is so peaceful, you can recharge your batteries easy. Everything you need is there, only shower and room kitchen are a bit small. There is a bigger kitchen for all guests. The road to apartments from main street could be hard to walk on foot for older people. The owners are really nice family.

Food was amazing! Girls were really kind and nice. Let our baby dog to stay and we really felt welcome and like at home. Great atmosphere and nice people and great music! Also they have a menu with treasure map that they gave me as a gift cause I was so amazed and delighted with! Recommendations!

With family we spent a lot of time in this hospitable restaurant during our vacation time and I must say we wasn't dissapointed at all. Delicious food and desserts, very caring stuff, we will miss all that.

The place has amazing staff and the food is delicious, and the drinks are as they should be . The prices are reasonable. Anyone that likes fine quisine and good servise should visit this fine establishment and see for themselves.

Nice cozy hotel with a view of the sea and mountains. Delicious large and most importantly hearty breakfasts.

Cozy place ran by a lovely Russian lady who doesn't speak a single word English. She gave her best though to help us out with all our needs. Room was quite nice, balcony with a view at the Tivat fjord. Just make sure to bring mosquito repellant!
