This Regent is pretty average in every way. I remember the Asian restaurant downstairs was pretty good, and the cakes in the Western restaurant were quite tasty. However, the service was poor, the breakfast was subpar, the rooms were dated, the view was average, and transportation was inconvenient. Overall, my impression was very negative, and I won't be returning to Montenegro again.

Everything was great – the hotel is comfortable, the spa is fantastic, and the location is excellent.

The scenery is beautiful and the facilities are well maintained. The bathroom is also very good. However, there is a waterproof layer under the bedsheet, which makes the mattress not breathable. It becomes very hot when using the duvet, but too cold without it. I understand this may be for easier cleaning, but unfortunately it makes sleeping quite uncomfortable.

Disappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved. Great location, just a few minutes from Porto Montenegro, and an excellent terrace with magnificent views. The stay was slightly marred by construction noise from a neighboring building early in the morning.

Very nice hotel, has a private beach. The rooms are a bit small. The facilities are very nice, definitely a huge bonus that it was free of charge.

This is a boutique hotel with only a few rooms in a fabulous position in the village of Donja Lastva, about one mile from Tivat, right on the waterfront overlooking Boka Bay. Cleanliness is excellent and the reception staff speak good English and are exceedingly helpful. Me and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldn’t dress my wounds or really want to help at all. Agape Hotel Rose is simply perfect. The view of Boka Zaliv is breathtaking, and the swimming pool with that view is unbeatable – the ideal spot to relax. This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature. The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

Well, this hotel deserves 10 out of 5.. It's just something. Although located a bit far from cities but who needs it whenever you have such stunning views. No TV in the room but.. VIEWS! Spent 15 nights during the Ocean Race in September 2025, and everything was perfect! People, room, wifi, food, position, the gym! I also used the restaurant as my "personal" office throughout the entire stay, flawless internet and nice view!

This is a lovely place and need the attention of people's. It is on a very nice location and everything is premium. The reason for 4 stars is the average feeling of the ambient, especially the staff. They was also nice and professional dressed but lake of positive vibe. I think this kind of Hotel/restaurant should have a bit more positive vibe. Rooms are old and dusty. You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. A very nice hotel, with small but comfortable rooms and toilets. The hotel is pretty big and the yard is filled with grass. There is an outdoor restaurant and an open bar. There are two pools one big and one small, for the kids. There's a basketball field also. The food is mediocre. Overall, a nice cheap hotel, with a market nearby, and isolated from the noises of the city.

We were in apartment 5 which has a separate bedroom and a fantastic view of the bay. Like in the palm of your hand. Of course, to have such a view you assume that the house is on a slope, but it is really on a slope, which is where goats graze under the handrail... so, either good fitness or drive in first gear and take it easy, watch out for the slats that can easily scream. Loved the hotel Forte Rose. Beautifully renovated, and located in the picturesque stone Village of Rose. The views across the bay over to Herceg Novi are spectacular. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. There were a couple of unexpected situations — the power went out and there was no water in Tiewat — but the team handled everything with such kindness and professionalism, making sure we were taken care of. Their hospitality really made a difference in our stay.

Nice place, close to Porto Montenegro, the service is amazing, with the nicest people at the reception desk, also had a lot of shops and services around which is great. Only issue I have is it's a bit too over-priced for the quality of the hotel and rooms. If it were a little bit cheaper it would be honestly the best budget option for a holiday in Montenegro.

Really beautiful hotel! No views and not on the water, but still really lovely. Brand new place. Great lobby and restaurant.
